it was ok eralier,but just came back online and it is telling me it cannot find server.

I've been logged in most of the morning but have just gone back to log out and can't!!

None of threads come up either - I got a page saying there was an error and try to refresh but that didn't work either!! :( Hopefully it will be OK soon

I've always preferred the fan forums viz. in the order I joined them, SMs, Jeaj's and Sonnet's, to either of the official ones.

 

I think you all know my opinion of the latter. I do however not blame batmin or Johnny. I think they did sterling work but had their hands tied because it was the official site. I must admit I usually found out about things on the fan sites often long before they'd appear on the official one. That's just crazy.

It was called Darius devotees Julia and was of long standing but it did have a lot of ups and downs. With regard to the official site I do sometimes wonder if the press think because it is listed first as official site and is not ongoing as such that they think he is not up there as it were. It would be good if net was listed first.I know the press do take information from various sites.

Frankly I don't know who's behind the official site but I wish they would create better links from the main page.

 

It's never been a user friendly site. I was so frustrated that I just avoided the main page by adding a direct link to the forum to my favourites because when I went on to the main page, it was such a fuss to get out of the audio loop and on to the other parts of the site.

 

When they changed the front page for Chicago, I couldn't find any way of accessing any other part of the site at all. What was the point of that? People get interested in Darius, key in the official site, as shown in the programme and get nowhere. Great thinking. Not!

Thanks Preston - I'm not missing out on anything then!!? :) As you say, it would be much better if .net was listed first - it's a shame a link can't be put from .com straight to .net at least until Darius decides what he is going to do. I wonder who is responsible for D's PR, because he certainly doesn't seem to get much, does he!! :( :)
