Well grief probably would make him. She was making her way back to find her mother ... had she had a pleasant experience and been believed and accepted and then killed maybe he wouldn't be so accusative. But he's already been told by Stacey that the family she wanted to belong to were a 'bad lot' (and she's right) so maybe all sorts of scenarios ran through his head. But you're right ... a bit of a damp squib to follow the brilliant Thursday episode - apart from the brilliant Lacey Turner and Charlie Brooks.

 

Note to writers - please end the Max / Tanya story ... it ran its course and nobody wants to see that brat-faced Lauren (is it Lauren - all I can remember is she is brat-faced and she hadn't passed her driving test) back on the square anyway!

I thought it was an excellent follow-up! In some ways more uspetting than Thursday's. So understated and sad.

Yup, seriously this Max/Tanya getting back together storyline has dragged out since about May 2007 when she told him she was pregnant and he was having an affair with Stacey. I think I and other views are certainly bored of two years-about of this storyline, either they should get back together and be done with it or Tanya should've left Max in the coffin. I'm sick of the storyline, not just because it's been dragged out but because it really isn't that interesting either.

I didn't think it was interesting at its beginnings even! The only reason to stick with it was Stacey. You know with the current credit crunch on and casts being stripped back ... is there any need to bring back Jessie Wallace. They've already got one tart with a heart in Stacey ... wouldn't two be one too many.

No I don't think we really need Jessie Wallace back yet. As you say, Stacey is essentially an identical character now, so it would be a little awkward I think.

 

With regards to the Brannings, I'm actually oddly liking the idea of Max and Tanya back again, he's changed and is a lot more likeable now. I'm not missing Lauren that much though.

 

I can kind of understand why Danielle's dad would blame Ronnie. He's not going to be thinking completely logically anyway. And he doesn't have all the information. He knows that Ronnie gave away Danielle at birth. He knows that the Mitchells are trouble. He knows Ronnie helped Danielle have an abortion. He knows that Ronnie rejected Danielle. He knows that Danielle crossed the road to try to get to Ronnie.

He doesn't know that Archie did his utmost to convince Ronnie that Danielle was insane. He doesn't know of the mind games played with both girls. He doesn't know that Ronnie only found out the truth minutes before the accident.

Thursday episode was eccellent and i might add my girlfriend used a full box of tissues with her crying even though i tried my best to explain it isnt real!!! on a serious note it was a fantastic climax to the storyline andi actually didnt know danielle was been killed of so soon so i was shocked by that,samanatha janus in particular was faultless acting wise it was as real as it could be with her performance and likewise her acting was faultless in fridays episode which i feel was a vert strong follow up to the previous sensational episode

i noticed once again simon ashdown wrote thursdays script,he is truly a fantastic talent,he writes most of the eastenders climax's to storylines,such as this,max,tanya stacey at x mas etc and he never fails to deliver the goods, he seems to write what i would call the normal weekly instalements

What's all this about Jessie Wallace returning? I read in some newspaper that she wanted to return but the bosses at EastEnders thought "her character had no relevance to the current or future storylines" and wouldn't be bringing her back without Shane Richie, but the door is open for a return *In other words, she left and was not killed off so there is always a possibility of return, but they don't want her to, so she won't.

 

^ Thought I'd nip the "Kat Comeback" rumours in the butt.

I want them to do a dirty Den and for Danielle to be alive. :(

its probably all press speculation but if she does want to come back they will bring her back,she was a huge success and well loved by fans of the show,her storylines were ratings winners and she always did very well at award ceremonies sexiest female awards and won best actress on numerous occasions,kat is the kind of charactor that can go anywhere and if she did come back i wouldnt be complaining

yes indeed i think it will and also next week i think we have at least 2 episdoes coming up that will be equal to the fantastic episodes of last week, as i always say when eastenders get something right they get it spot on,

 

i should add with the soap awards coming up i will be gutted if Tiffany doesnt get best young actress she has absolutly fantastic

 

im also betting todays omnibus will get great ratings as anyone who missed during the week will watch and with so many people talking about it people will watch for curiousity also.

Just caught up with Eastenders Revealed from the other night. God it set me off again just watching all those moments they had together with Ronnie never knowing :wub:

im gonna watch that tonight on bbc 3 as i missed it,i love massie who plays tiffany she is hilarious especially the other night when she was putting on make up and janine came him and as she walked of she called her a nutter it was hailariouos

I do hope Eastenders keep it real and have the funeral in Telford. Because if it takes place in Walford Cemetary & Crematorium then it will totally dismiss all the good work on this story.
