Have to ask, when I watched tonights ep last one one line was sortta funny but made me feel a bit awkward-

When Tiffany said to Heather if she had eaten all the eggs.

Now I'm not over-reacting! Just felt bit uncomfortable even the kids were getting lines taking the p***. But I know it happens in real life and kids are innocent so I was ok with it.

Just wondering what everyone else thought?

I missed most of tonights but liked the scene between Ronnie and Ben.

I thought Peter was strangely watchable tonight. He's so awkward but it's sort of endearing...

It was obviously supposed to signal something...

pregancy weight gain?

:P

I find the Dotty storyline just SO SO stupid....

Apart from that, good episode tonight

The Dotty storyline is totally far fetched, but this is EE.
^ True  That and the ridiculous Peggy hating on Phil story are just ruining it atm though :(
Peggy's mood with Phil isn't ruining anything. :/ She's not even on-screen!
LOL I found that hilarious when she'd made him a meal as a reward
It was so ridiculously middle-class mother of her. 'You've been a good son, middle-aged Phil, here, eat up these pork chops'. :heehee:

No, what I mean is the whole "You wouldn't kill for me, so you're not my son" shinannigans is utterly ridiculous, not to mention out of character and is just so STUPID after some brilliantly crafted storylines recently. I just feel it's stupid filler :heehee:

But you said on msn you thought it was hilariously brilliant... changed your tune.
Whatever! You've totally u-turned :heehee: I can handle you being WRONG though.

Eastenders is never better than when it's being truly bizarre though. The Danielle scenario was just too far-fetched for words. And now we have a mother cooking some pork chops to thank her son for commiting murder, and then throwing him out of the house when he doesn't. And we have an evil murderous genius 7 year old planning to bump off her bible bashing grandmother. It's WONDERFUL.

Squiggle remains a hypocritical old scrotum though.

Agreed. When Chelsea said she knew it wasn't the same I was thinking "Damn right! What Edwardwoodwood did was worse!".

I know! I loved Chelsea when she first made the point but then she had to go and backtrack! It's not the same, Owen didn't actually manage to murder anyone in the end.

I hope Patrick sets Squiggle alight and then asks her to forgive him.

And as an aside, what do we all think BRENDA'S secret is? Is she dying? Emigrating? Setting up home with Heather Trott?

Perhaps she's actually a lesbian but she was too shy to tell Charlie otherwise when they met. :o
But then what's with the two months thing? Is that when her lesbianism is due to "awaken"?

That's when her WIFE returns home.
