If she came over here more, she'd sell more.

Definitely. The last time she was here was in November on the X Factor.

She's coming over to tour in a month, chill.

Hopefully it's just a fluke and will rise tomorrow, because alot of rising songs barely gained spins.

Amy doesn't really matter, it's the album that matters mostly and the tour will definitely help that get back in the top 40.

I would think If U Seek Amy would still be on the chart by the time June rolls around anyways. Unless it in fact falls out of the top 75 within 3 or 4 weeks. I'm thinking the album would benefit a lot more from a tour sales-wise than a single too. That's usually how it seems to go.

By the way, good to see the single at least climb another spot this week! I really hope If U Seek Amy can out peak Break the Ice (#15).

Still falling on iTunes in the UK. :( A single or EP still hasn't been released on UK iTunes... maybe cause it's a bank holiday? At least that's what I've read.
LOL. What were you all expecting?

If You Seek Amy is also peaking in the US.

Well, this was still a big radio hit for her, to get top 20 on the overall chart is huge! Womanizer managed to get #5, Circus #7, and IYSA will probably peak at #15 or #14, which is awesome. It also has hit #9 on the pop charts alone.

This weeks Billboard position will most likely be her peak for this single, and I'm guessing somewhere around #17.

LOL. What were you all expecting?

Not a flop... At least for Britney's standards. Doesn't look like it's going to get anywhere near the peak of Break The Ice, which only had an animated video and not much airplay! This single has both going for it.

It doesn't help that iTunes UK hasn't added any single versions or remixes... the album version did rise a few spots though it seems.

I'm only saying that after seeing how slow it's been rising the past week or two, I wasn't expecting top 20.
Hopefully it can rise a few places for Sunday. We all know it's going to end up as her lowest charting single, anyway. :(

Oh well, you can't win them all! I'll be happy with top 20... and the album is rising up the charts again, so :D

I'm not making excuses for it's performances but what did you guys expect after that dreadful radio edit being played throughout the UK? The same with the US, if it wasn't edited I think it would have easily gone top ten, the edit has most of the public going "wtf is she talking about".

Well, at least in the US it's a very subtle difference. Instead of 'seek' it's just 'see' whereas in the UK you get a bunch of annoying horns or whole lines taken out.
