I paid 20 euro for it lol!! ANYWAY.. hopefully this helps
:o

thats like £17

cool- wonder if it can get top 40/50 in the main charts!?

hopefully, then maybe we can get a 3rd single.

the'd be daft not to if the album epiccally climbs tbh

A new peak at HMV- not in the officials though lol

if it's going up somewhere that can only be a good thing.

Yeah, very true!

HMV controls a large part of the charts too.

I went into a small HMV today and the album was no where to be seen- maybe only in larger stores or only online! :-( Shame really, as would have got more people buying!

its #3 in whole of HMV and #2 in music now, it just keeps on rising.

I'm sorry to sound blunt but they WOULDN'T be daft not to. The album is only selling for £4; the label only gets £1.50-odd per sale. No Can Do did not help the album AT all and it's 100% dead in the water. The only reason it's climbing is the exceptionally low price! They aren't making money even now.

Moving on to the next project is the ONLY option...

i just downloaded another copy.
They've put the price back to £8.99 in HMV, but it's still at 4 in the best selling.
it seems to have dropped out the top 75 this week.
No way this week more than ever seemed so certain it would stay top 75 :(

i know i think there must be a mistake or its gone into the Budget Chart, which i don't think is right as Elbow's album is at the same price and that still charted.

I'm so bewildered.

Agreed Jark. Some albums go to £4-5 and re-enter the top 20; Catfights barely rescraped the top75 and had a single out a month ago ffs. Bewildered about the no top75 this week there is some rumbling on chart chat its went budget but people seem to think every album goes that way now just coz GA did, not usually many studio albums in the budget chart even when they are cheap in shops.

Was in HMV today and didn't see Catfights anywhere, maybe some had sold out during the week and i doubt they'll be desperate to ship more

it was #83 this week i wonder what happened i don't think it's gone Budget cause it was sold for 3.99 and GA's GH was sold at that price and didn't go budget until it was being sold for 2.99.

For the Nth time on multiple threads, albums are only ineligible to chart on the main chart (and therefore usually chart on the budget chart instead) if their Dealer Price is below a certain level (the price the retailer buys the album for, NOTHING to do with the price they sell it for which could be at a loss even).

They are probably clearing old XS stock, i think most retailers bought lots of copies of catfights as a Sugababes album with a Q4 release being successful is supposed to be a given by now

As Catfights is main chart this week, it is not "Budget", no matter how cheap Amazon/HMV sell it :)

See Official Charts Company website for more details if desired

Considering it went Gold in it's 2nd week but has only just sold the 100k needed, it's quite obvious nobody expected it to flop
