Passionworks are the best there, IMO. But that's because it's my fav genre. :P But I doubt they'd get through on second chance. (And the LIVE version isn't as strong as the studio version, and I think that's where they fell down big time)

 

It seems Waldo's People are the most popular. The song is a bit dated if you ask me. Might have done well in some $h!tty club in Amsterdam back in 1999. :mellow:

Lose Control is stunning although sounds like a cross between Cascada's cover of Wouldn't It Be Good and E-Type's True Believer

I haven't had a chance to hear those songs but tbh i don't want to. I want to think that Lose Control is original and the only :heehee:

My top 3 is the following:

1. Passionworks ft Tony Turunen - Surrender

2. Waldo's People - Lose Control

3. Kwan - 10.000 Light Years

 

I'd say Waldo's People has by far the best chance to do well in the ESC this year because even thou I like the Passionworks song more I think Finland has had way too many rock(ish) entries lately. The Kwan song is quite odd, fairly catchy chorus but otherwise very forgettable.

 

^ Kwan = Poor version of Alphabeat REALLY! The name of the song SCREAMS about it, but not only that. The sound is very simular.

 

Manala by Tiara has great potential of becoming a huge hit in clubs over here if they released an English version!

not overly impressed on first listen, I only really liked Waldo's People and Sani...why are all of the best songs apart from Lose Control already out :lol:

I'll admit that Lose Contol is the pony to bet on, but I loved Takes 2 To Tango by Jari, and he did another great song called Party 4 Love... I like the intro of this song, but it goes downhill quite quickly TBH.
