I try to find the song that can manage to qualify but finish 11+ in the final :heehee: OR TO WIN :kink:

find the winner Pavel, we love coming to Eledan :kink: I think the 5 songs that I have found are all too niche to win, but I'll flop out in the semi-final anyway, BJSCXV is where I will challenge for the win again :heehee:

RTVN announce finalists for BJSCXIV

After a rigorous selection process that included artists such as Laura Izibor, Eva & The Heartmakers, The Cardigans, A Camp and West End Girls, The Veronicas and Liz Hodgins amongst others, the final two acts and songs that have been put through to the final of the FSR Rontvia song selection process for BJSCXIV have been confirmed. The acts are upcoming Swedish singer Janet with her brilliant debut single 'Let Go' and electroindiepop lesbian duo Uh Huh Her from the US with the excellent single 'Not A Love Song'. A final decision regarding which song will become Rontvia's 14th entry, aiming to follow in the golden footsteps of Sara Bareilles, Pixie, Maria & Mira, The Sound Of Arrows, Untouched and Sanna Nielsen, will be announced in the coming weeks. You can watch the two songs below.

Uh Huh Her - Not A Love Song

Janet - Let Go

I have a question, as I'm not a very bright spark. I have found a song I love on MySpace, by an artist, but it has no YouTube. No last contest, there was FSR Rontvia, Ashton and Nonsuch who created a video themselves from a song, how do I do that?

with a programme called Windows Movie Maker :D most PC's have it as standard...

I couldn't live without it to be honest, my entries from Sibel, Maria & Mira, Pixie and Sound Of Arrows were all uploaded by me

i use audacity.

it's pretty good.

to make a video? it's a brilliant programme to tweak songs but I don't know how you make a video out of it - intrigued!

but yeh Movie Maker is a must - I just wish I had more time to play around with it. Sophie Ellis-Bextor was one of the first more adventurous videos I did and it's surprisingly easy!

Opinions on possible BJSC XIV entrant:

Its Zarif! I love her, so I'm probably going to enter her.

Hmmm...I loved some of Zarif's stuff when I heard it a couple of months ago but didn't think it would do too well.
