Why is Song Parodies missing from the list, as I thought that was initially a popular suggestion?

 

I hope UK #10's does not win unless I can bag my Personal Chart #1 song of 2008. To be honest I feel little point participating if that topic wins as I thought it was a very poor suggestion in the first place, and if I can't get the song I want which I think would & should win I see no point playing.

 

I put 15 up that I thought might be the most popular, and I didn't see parodies being a very popular choice overall, althoug two or three people expressed a great interest in it...

 

it's obvious that about 3 or 4 songs will be fought over, you just have to get there and confirm it first :P

There have been hundreds of UK number 10s! It's really not hard to find one you like, Christ! Anyway a song should be confirmed by the first person to post in the confirmation thread, not before the idea has even got the go-ahead. It would be extremely unfair if Tyron DID have 'A&E'!

 

I imagine that all the people, so MANY people, will try and get my entry... :kink:

Oh LOL. Get a GRIP TiP. You're throwing your toys out of the proverbial pram just because you mightn't be able to get one song? #10s is a GREAT theme because a lot of great, great pop songs from the last few years appear to have fallen there - Beware of the Dog, U & Ur Hand, A&E, I could go on. You could probably say the same of any position too actually :heehee: But I don't see the problem in having a theme that makes you have to actually THINK a little...

Ooh I forgot 'Say it Right' peaked at #10. I think that and "A&E" would definitely be the top 2 especially as the former finished highly in the last record of the decade on here. I guess part of this theme is that there are songs that will obviously do well.
