March 26, 200916 yr Author LOL no, biggest hit SINCE Oh. "Oh" is her last bigbig hit. "Goodies" remains her biggest hit to date. And Dan the album will do just fine. "Never Ever" will sell the album like most urban singles do.
March 26, 200916 yr '1,2 Step' is more widely/fondly remembered, isn't it? And 'Like A Boy' has a strangely big following in the UK for a song which flopped. I guess the album will do 200k first-week. Keri can get almost half that off a smaller hit, and she's a new artist, so...
March 26, 200916 yr Author Yeh, I'd say all her songs from the debut are pretty "forgotten" today, but peak wise Goodies is her biggest. Promise and Like A Boy seem to be favourites on forums and such. ODD. RANDOM FACT, Like A Boy didn't get Top 10 ANYWURR :( shame
March 26, 200916 yr :( 'Like A Boy' was such a TUNE. Deserved so much better pretty much everywhere tbh.
March 26, 200916 yr Like a boy took forever and a day to grow on me and the video looked so boring on first appearence I didn't really bother with it. Either way I still think the album with do a typical top 5 placing with around 50-80K nothing off the album has been particularly amazing so far to really entise people that much.

She's quite the album seller in the US, her debut did about 3.5million  Evolution debuted with a MASSIVE 340k too, and that had a much smaller hit as its lead single. This one will debut with about 220k I think.
March 26, 200916 yr Her debut stuff forgotten? That's got to be a joke. It's all she's known for
March 26, 200916 yr Author Um did you SEE the chartruns for the first 3 singles?! They peaked and tanked within like 3 weeks. She's completely irrelevent in today's UK music scene.
March 26, 200916 yr I agree with Mikal. Barely anyone remembers her and I NEVER hear her songs. I actually thought 'Like A Boy' was a lot better than her debut stuff too. I didn't like this at first, but I watched the video earlier today and now I think it's good :o I would love an audio of it if anyone is feeling particularly generous! ^_^
March 27, 200916 yr I've never really thought of Ciara as forgotten here, I didn't really listen to music in 2005 but I still know "Goodies", "1, 2 Step" and "Lose Control". I know "Goodies" is very much a "that was #1?!" song, but I thought the other two were fairly well remembered, especially "1, 2 Step". As for the rest of her back catalogue, I only know "Like A Boy" really. I have her second album downloaded, but I don't really rate it highly. I might check out her debut soon because when she's good, she's really good but she can also be quite rubbish. I'm the same with Janet Jackson's music.

March 27, 200916 yr Lol how planned was that. Great for the songs but whats going on with NE its like a flop and radio just need to get over it already, as much as I love it.
March 27, 200916 yr A lot of music channels still play Goodies? It's more remembered than Like A Bore.
