February 19, 200916 yr Thank you from the Girls! Last night Girls Aloud won their first ever BRIT award - Best Single. They were absolutely ecstatic as this was the award where your votes decided the outcome. Although they partied hard last night, they have a special message for all of you... 'Hey everybody, We won a BRIT award! We won a BRIT award! Whoop whoop! We are so happy. Guys, seriously, we have the best fans in the world. Thank you all so much for your voting, it's really appreciated. Last night was so huge. We were nervous getting up on that stage but performing was amazing. It was a real honour.
