I want to talk about Otis Redding, cause I love his songs. I think he was one of the best soul singers of the 20th century. Tragically his life was cut short in a plane crash in 1967 :cry: Though the guy still lives on, through his music. My fave songs are

hey... good to see you here :)

 

imho he was the best of his genre, though not a huge fan myself, i still enjoy hearing him, and i respect him.

 

'hard to handle' was my fav o.r. track too :)

 

'my girl' is now overplayed, and tbh rather cheesy!

He was definately the King Of Soul.

An absolute genius. He puts today's urban to real shame.
