The saying "white rabbits" dates back a long way and white rabbits and hares are thought to be lucky, if you say "white rabbits" before 12 noon, to someone on the first day of every month, both of you will have good luck all that month. :D Some people also carry a white rabbits paw around with them as well, I remember my mum having a keyring, of an immitation rabbits paw in her handbag. :lol:

Thanks for explaining, and suggy, too. :) That's certainly a new one to me. I guess you do that for 11 months of the year - on the 1st of April you play tricks on people and tell porkies instead! :P
