Posted March 3, 200916 yr Let`s take a look at the Midweek spots on the Fresh Hits Chart, on behalf of Mr Tom Kay esq. Remember this chart is based on sales both physical and download ajoined to pre-orders. If a song drops out of the top ten, and falls for a further 2 weeks, then we throw it out of the chart for that "fresher" sound. 01 01 JUST CAN`T GET ENOUGH - SATURDAYS 02 NE RIGHT ROUND - FLO RIDA 03 02 MY LIFE WOULD SUCK WITHOUT YOU - KELLY CLARKSON 04 04 POKERFACE - LADY GAGA 05 03 LOVE STORY - TAYLOR SWIFT 06 05 DEAD AND GONE - T.I. 9th Mar 07 18 (BARRY) ISLANDS IN THE STREAM - COMIC RELIEF 9th Mar 08 07 THE FEAR - LILY ALLEN 09 08 JUST DANCE - LADY GAGA 10 10 T-SHIRT - SHONTELLE 11 09 USE SOMEBODY - KOL 12 11 WHATCHA THINK ABOUT THAT - PUSSYCAT DOLLS 13 06 UP ALL NIGHT - TAKE THAT 14 12 BREATHE SLOW - ALESHA DIXON 15 13 OMEN - PRODIGY 16 14 CRACK A BOTTLE - EMINEM 17 15 SINGLE LADIES - BEYONCE 18 32 BEAUTIFUL - AKON 19 29 FALLIN`DOWN - OASIS 9th Mar 20 16 BROKEN STRINGS - JAMES MORRISON 21 28 LOVE ETC. - PET SHOP BOYS 16th Mar 22 30 THINKING OF YOU - KATY PERRY 9th Mar 23 23 GIVES YOU HELL - ALL AMERICAN REJECTS 24 22 I`M YOURS - JASON MRAZ 25 27 STRONG AGAIN - N-DUBZ 26 25 CIRCUS - BRITNEY SPEARS 27 NE CHIP DIDDY CHIP - CHIPMUNK 28 NE IN FOR THE KILL - LA ROUX 16th Mar 29 31 WEIGHT OF THE WORLD - LEMAR 30 NE SHINE - LAURA IZIBOR 16th Mar 31 24 GET ON YOUR BOOTS - U2 32 26 FLY ON THE WALL - MILEY CYRUS 33 19 LET IT GO - WILL YOUNG 34 21 REVELRY - KOL 35 44 LAST OF THE ENGLISH ROSES - PETE DOHERTY 9th Mar 36 39 SHAKE IT - METRO STATION 23rd Mar 37 35 TIME TO PRETEND - MGMT 38 41 HALO - BEYONCE 39 NE SHINING LIGHT - ANNIE LENNOX 40 NE RUNNIN`- DOMAN AND GOODING 16th Mar Saturdays taking a 2nd week? But hot on their heels, is the other Comic Relief song (which actually has a hint of comedy in it)! That`s the one to watch, because it has the biggest growth of pre-orders. As I here by launch the campaign of how about having a similar thing, to help the people of Great Britain, in these hard times? Oasis increase a bit, but it was already part of that double A sided single last Autumn...so a slight waste of release, this time. La Roux also take a big increase, as well as the slightly better Laura Izibor, and "Shine". And it`s good to see the wonderful Annie Lennox back...and that include`s the new album "The Annie Lennox Collection", in the shops from next Monday...when Kelly Clarkson will knock U2, off the top of the album chart.
March 3, 200916 yr Author No sign of Depeche Mode yet. No, not the single. Though the album has popped up just outside the pre-order album chart top ten (for it`s 20th April release).
