Take That just performed The Garden on Dutch television. It was completely live. Sooooo great! I'll try to put it on Youtube.

Please do!!! I saw in internet the show on-line, but i coudn't make a copy, it didn't let me  .

I am sure Howard and Jason were live (voice), Gary also (eyebrow), but was Mark live?

It will be weird if he wasn't this time  . I need to see the video a couple of time again to be sure. His mic was on...

EDIT: that part i thought it is Jason autotuned - well, it is Jason who sings with Howard together, so Howard is singing a little bit metallic . Today that was very clear :D .a

funny how our opinions go

my girlfriend loves the graden thinks up all night is ok isnt keen on greatest day

my daughter (7 yrs old) loves the middle of section of the graden doesnt like the rest adores up all night and hates greatest day

my sister adores the garden and up all night and is in love with greatest day

my brother hates up all night and the garden but loves shine

i adore shine and the garedn and have mixed feelings about greatest day although when i greatest hits gets released i know greatest day is one of the songs i will skip alot

Loved that performance. Wish they'd have done it totally live on Comic Relief too! Why didn't Gary change his jumper from the night before?

Norma, you should come on the official forum! LOL, i get myself on fire there  .

But The Garden is great live, isn't it? Mark was so good that i thought he mimes (it took a couple of very very analyzing hearing from me), Gary is also great!

@ Rule the World - i already skip Greatest Day on The Circus. I think i hate it now more - because it got what UAN should have got : publicity, promotion and no 1  . I am pathetic , i know (you should see what sig i have now on the official forum  ).

Ok, this time i did it big time. I think i will get banned , but anyway that was for me there. I don't know why i really bother to post there, it is not like being fun or having to many persons with whom i can exchange there opinions (i can count on my fingers). Don't go in the thread about RND if you don't want to see the battle, but as usually i lost as cannot express my opinions very clear in what for me whould be third language.

It was an interesting experiment to be a fan in a forum. I was never before  and perhaps this is also the last time. I learn my lesson - you cannot be on an artist forum a free thinker  . If you want to keep going there, good luck !

The Red Nose Thread is gone isn't it? I went in there before and the Kili Climb is gone.

I'm waiting to see what anyone makes of my post about the 'States' review. I said that it was nice to have a good review but they should not under any circumstances attempt to 'break' it there. I agree with you in that they are not going to fully commit to it then they shouldn't begin to try (not that they will). They don't even seem to try too hard at promotion at home anymore (or Europe) so they should really not try the 'wild west'.

Well that was also my point there  . But i was more harsh than you, i said that they don't have the courage to try. Sorry, but i think they really have fear, i would also have being in their place. If you are a not well established act and still very young , you have nothing to lose. But if you are a trademark - it is a very dangerous game to do. If Robbie coudn't do it, TT would have loads difficult! Also an "old" band is very difficult to market . If they still make in UK very well, ok inEurope - i don't want actually more. The Circus was the last moment to try - this moment is now gone I think (you know, just IMO, :teresa: ).

But i think that many fans see them as holy and not doing wrong. That Mark smokes and eat meat is enough for a sacrileg there  . They having fear is the ultimate bad thing to say - they are not human after all (but no, they are also no dancer anymore :D ).

i really must try it although it wont be tonight i have yet to post there

Are you also on TT official forum?

Going back to The Circus: singing it at the RND was the best decision - it did well together with the pictures in the beackground and have a message more in accordance with the charity. I still don't know if it will chart well as a single - but if they play right their cards they may get it - at least all TT fans are happy that each favorite is singing. I found the live performance strong  .

I wouldn't say it was fear ... I just think that they all (especially Gary) knows they would fail. It would be a hiding to nothing and a lot of money and time would be wasted in the process. If any of them were going to make it in the States I would have put my money on Rob. But even he, with the might of EMI (or its massive wallet) couldn't do it for him ... I doubt little Take That could make an impact. Besides ... they have already in a way ... BFG was a top ten hit and their fans should be happy with that - not many acts get to have even that on their resume!

i dont think either take that or robbie would make it in america and robbie definitly wouldnt as he has everything that puts americans off, back for good did very well for them but i dont think the lads are pre pre pared to put the work into cracking america and i can see why, they can make enough from their huge UK success alone,i ean they have 6 million album in the UK over the last 3 years there are many acts around for years who dont sell that amount in a life time let alone in one market in 3 years.

Take That know where their bread is buttered and that is in the Uk and thats where there families are and at this atge of their career they certainly wont be pressurising themselves for an american market which we all know is so so hard to crack.

The garden has mved up to number 41 on the irish itunes and up all night is now number 11

That's good! I still think to be honest Rob could make it in the States ... I don't know why he didn't try harder. He put loads of effort into Europe which paid off ... maybe EMI didn't give him the backing he needed or wanted.

I dunno! I'm just glad that Take That seem to still be doing OK in the UK. I do think they'll call it a day in 2010 though. They've gone as far as they can.
