Why that would be Ms Britney Spears, ladies and gents. The comeback queen and ringleader whipped the competition right out of the ring winning the Vodafone MTVAA's Best Moves award for her 'Circus' video. Britney has always been the queen of the dance floor, her infamous film clips leaving punters all of a quiver and competition quivering in her wake. But it wasn't an easy feat. This year has been hot to trot with sizzling moves with Beyonce’s thigh-shaking ‘Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)’ setting the dance world alight and The Pussycat Dolls 'When I Grow Up' vid setting collars ablaze everywhere. And who could forget Madonna's groin-thrusting turn in her '4 Minutes To Save The World' vid and Chris Brown's twinkling toes in his 'Forever' clip? Maybe next time, people.
