A Britney Spears fansite has reportedly received a notice from her father Jamie which called for it to be closed down.

Owner and webmaster of BreatheHeavy Jordan Miller issued a statement claiming that legal representatives of Jamie urged him to take down the site by last Friday or face an injunction.

Miller said: "I have been battling the conservatorship Britney is currently placed under for months now.

"When I did not conform to the requests and demands Britney's management and father, Jamie Spears, recently put upon BreatheHeavy to stay quiet, they in turn became angry and malicious, launching what I feel is an unjust attack against me and my website."

The legal notice from the Spears camp accused the site of unauthorised and unlawful use and exploitation of lyrics, Spears's name, video, audio and images.

It stated: "Ms Spears will pursue damages and injunctive relief in connection with the blatant violation of her rights of publicity and privacy."

You mean Jordan?

LMFAO! As if I am that retarded.

Slip of the mind much? Let's just leave it :kink:

Uhhh, I don't get how Jamie has the power to close down a fan site. Doesn't that mean the rest of her fan sites should be closed down then too?! That just doesn't make sense at all. What the hell happened to freedom of speech...?

Not that I like Jordan at all but it all sounds messed up. I must admit though, I visit his site daily because he does post a lot of good news (for the most part)! :P

He's a bit of a weirdo right? Always banging on about Brit's Dad, even though he literally saved her. Without him, she'd probably be dead by now :/
