This new video of the performance was put on YouTube today. There was another one, but the sound was so terrible on it that it wasn't worth posting.

And yes, she did release the balls too. :P

oh cool

you know you've made it when you release the balls

Good performance overall, even if the volume of her microphone was too low during the verses.

Isn't it a bit early to promote it though? It's released in like one month :o

A month is just fine, that's about the point where singles start getting serious video play and airplay. It can't do any harm to familiarise people with the song already, she's planning plenty more performances closer to the release.

It looks as though Radio 1 have decided not to playlist this. I was counting on them to support it, without their support it's going to struggle to get anywhere. :(

No actually, they have supported all of Sophie's singles in the past except for 'Today The Sun's On Us', and they usually love Freemasons too so it's very strange.

I think we should not panic for now: maybe they'll add it finally week or two before the release. It won't go A-list obviously, but the chances of going C or B-list are not zero.

And even without R-1 support it will be a hit just because of fanbase. Then it may plummet quickly though.

Nah, the way the playlist works it's pretty much certain that it won't get playlisted from this point onwards. Sophie's fanbase won't guarantee it a hit either... 'Today The Sun's On Us' anyone? even 'Me And My Imagination'?
Well I think the purpose of this single is to tell everyone that Sophie's back so whether it hits Top 10 doesn't really concern me. Besides, I don't think the single will flop so bad that it will only peak at Top 50. However with the economy in UK right now, I think the sales would be dismally low...
i think it still has a chance, the british public are strange folk

#96 on Itunes already ! :cheer:

Maybe a surprise hit ? And then get some important radio support ?

Ooooh I'm pretty excited now !
