Some sources tell it's true, some - it's only a rumour. :( Where's the truth? :o

I wouldn't be surprised she isn't a good pop or country singer, she should stick to being a reality TV trainwreck.

I didn't pay attention to her country music and I'm guessing quite a few others were the same way!

I don't know what she should do though. Her debut country album and her last pop album both didn't sell that well. I actually really enjoyed her last pop album! :o

Simpson 'not dropped' by record label

Jessica Simpson has dismissed speculation that she has been dropped from her country music record label.

Earlier this week, reports surfaced online that the star had been axed from Sony Nashville after her name was missing from the label's official website.

Speaking to Us Weekly, a representative for Simpson explained that she was only "on loan" to the label for her country album, saying: "[she]is and has always been an Epic artist and she continues to be on Epic's label."

Simpson's first country LP Do You Know debuted at number one on the Billboard country charts when it was released earlier this year.

Digital Spy.

That's what I was wondering about... I thought she was still with Epic. After all, she never said she moved to a country label in order to just release country music now. I would still consider her a pop artist who just wanted to experiment. But I hope she's done with that now.
Her public affair album was really good, some of the songs on her country album were good too.. that first single was horrid tho. Shes just pretty much hated by everyone for some reason lol i feel sorry for her, she just needs to be taught how to sing again and get rid of those annoying noises shes been adding in for the last few albums.
