Posted April 14, 200916 yr SINGER Pink had a safety scare before her Scottish gig when she got stuck in a hotel's revolving door. As fans looked on, the American superstar kept her cool while panic-stricken security staff frantically tried to unjam the doors so she could escape. Pink was stuck in the door for several minutes while an extra pair of hands was called in to force open the door and free her. Unperturbed, Pink - who was dressed in a tartan jacket and sipped from a strange-looking orange drink - made her way swiftly to her chauffeur-driven Mercedes car, stopping only to pick up a Smarties Easter egg from a young fan - Jason Carroll. Pink's stay in Glasgow began on Friday when the 29-year-old checked into her five-star hotel and decided to hit the on-site gym facilities. The uberfit singer performs on a trapeze during her highenergy show and was keen to ensure her muscles wouldn't seize up for the occasion. After a leisurely day on Friday, she prepared for her marathon show on Saturday by having a quiet dinner with friends and spent most of Saturday in her hotel. At just after 4pm, the star made her way to the SECC for the first of her two sellout concerts.
