If you asked me, funnily years ago my sister bought the cleine dion album and always played it and i never took much notice of celine until think twice came out and i listened to the old stuff alot more then,its a great song and such a shame that it didnt do better as a single although had she released this a few singles after think twice i think it would have done much better

Im your angel- probably my faveourite celine ballad of them all although i do like tell him alot, her voice worked very well with r kelly and it was a huge hit and a song i like alot to this day.

 

8th My heart will go- well what can be said really about this monster hit great epic ballad and a well deserved number 1,i had a stage where i didnt listen to this song for a good while as i had gone off it but im well into it again.

 

7th Call the man,- one of the songs/singles i sometimes is under rated on th efalling into you album,i have always liked it since the day i bought the falling into you album,it did well enough as a single and did the album a few sales favours also

 

6th A new day has come- at the time it was kinda a comeback and for me it was a great comeback single although the album itself was disappointing in parts.

Thats the way it is,

 

Quite a sizeable hit and i find this song more pop than ballad and it always puts a smile on my face and i never tired of this song at all.

Def one of the very high highlights of the forever brilliant falling into you album, i remember the first time i listened to the album and i heard this i said this just has to be a single it just screamed release as a single,huge hit monstor power ballad great video and all part of celines best era for me

another teo brilliant tracks that both appeared in my list

the latter being the 2nd best track on the FIY album after all by myself

im not finished with the falling into you album either it will appear again in my top 3!

Think Twice - i adore this song and i love dit when it wa sout and i loved its chart performance it had a slow climb to number 1 which was wird for that era in music, i think this is really the song that truned celine into the huge artists she became,without it i think things would be very different today

did it not take around 13 weeks to climb to #1?

was it her first #1?

ya it was her first number 1 stayed there for 7 weeks and it took 15 weeks in the top 75 to get to number 1

 

2nd PLace and once again im back to the falling in you album and why this song was never a single i do not know,yes the brilliant brilliant I LOVE YOU,this is by far the standout track on the album for me i have loved it from the first time i heard it and have never tired of it great song and would have made a terrific single

Falling Into You is also my favourite Celine album by quite a margin.

 

I bought the Think Twice single 6 weeks after it's release, when it had climbed to number 22 in the chart. It's UK chart run was (53-42-52-30-28-22-20-9-8-5-6-4-2-2-2-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-3-4-12-17-22-34-51-67-70) actually taking 16 weeks to reach the top of the chart. Very impressive record :D

I juat adore this song and i would love a full album of tracks to this level,im still disappointed it was only a minor top 20 hit (number 17)hit as i feel it deserved so so more,its a real feel good song and the cd single has some brilliant dance remixes

think twice is the ultimate celine classic i think. i heard it live once and it was even better than the original.

thats the way it is and i'm alive are 2 fave's as well. fun and upbeat.

 

call the man, great combo with the choir. one of my fave celine songs as well. good choices i say.

im glad you liked most of my songs and im sure you had guessed i love you and im alive would chart very high

i'm not too keen on i'm alive but then again i have never given it a chance

i highly recommend you give it a chance its a brilliant brilliant song

I love Falling Into You, it's probably my favorite album after Dion Chante Plamondon. :heart:

 

Good songs overall, but I never got into Call The Man, I Love You, Think Twice, or I'm Alive.

again it shows the various tastes as on your shore isnt big into the songs i adore which is totally understandable,again falling into you is clearly my fave celine album and it is my faveourite by a very very long mile
