These two blues rock outfits were both fronted to substantial success in the UK & USA during the 1970s by Paul Rodgers (now of Queen + Paul Rodgers).

Were any of you fans of Paul Rodgers two successful blues rock outfits in the 1970s or do you think his recent stint as vocalist with Queen + has exposed his vocal limitations?

There's a few tracks from Free and Bad Company I like. I've been to see him twice with Brian May and Roger Taylor (sorry can't call them Queen without Freddie and John Deacon) and I found him in good voice and looking pretty good too
I liked Free and Bad Company, Alright now, My brother Jake, Wishing well were great tracks.

He is wrong for Queen, anyone is wrong for Queen unless George Michael had agreed to be the frontman but even then Queen should have died with Freddie

I loved Free, Wishing Well for me is one of the iconic classic rock songs but again for me Paul Kossoff was Free and Rodgers was just a competent frontman

Liked a lot of Bad Company too
