Mobile union was around 4000 last year, the Arena stage was 8000 :D

I had a look on efestival website and the announcement was not due to be put up until the 28th ....looks like someone put it up too soon.....no wonder we heard nothing from the O/S

 

Absolute radio are suppposed to be giving update tomorrow. :D

Great news just in!...

 

Adding a fifth live date to his 2009 summer schedule Will has just been confirmed to appear at this year’s V Festival!

 

So if you’re already lucky enough to have got your tickets, you can catch Will at Hylands Park in Chelmsford and Weston Park in South Staffordshire – the festival takes place on 22nd & 23rd August.

 

Other acts confirmed to play this year at V include Oasis, Razorlight, The Killers, MGMT, Lady Gaga and The Streets.

The Human League, Daniel Merriweather, Natalie Imbruglia and Lemar have also been confirmed for The Arena, playing in Staffordshire on the Saturday before moving to Chelmsford on the Sunday.

 

More acts have been announced for the 4Music Stage with The King Blues and The Proclaimers set to play Staffordshire on the Saturday and Chelmsford on the Sunday, while Athlete, Red Light Company and Noisettes will play Staffordshire on the Sunday and Chelmsford on the Saturday.

 

Today’s confirmations join headliners The Killers and Oasis on the bill as well as The Specials, Fatboy Slim, The Streets, Lily Allen and more.
