Oh dear, can't you import it?

Maybe I'll upload the tracks onto Youtube next week, after the release week.

Album #21 in the midweeks. Hmm...

At least she is top 40 with something this week. I am hoping for it to reach top 20 by Sunday, but I'm not so sure...

#21? Thats actually a lot better than I expected!

I wonder how she feels about this though, is she pleased she's gone top 30 on her own record label when many many artists fail even with the support of a major label or is she a bit gutted that after 4 top 15 albums she'll land at #21.

I just hope she can stay top 40. I'll imagine she'll fall a lot anyway and now we've got the Beatles albums being released tomorrow.

I must say I was expecting more in this low sales climate. I can easily see this falling outside the top 40 by Sunday, just gotta hope Loose Women helps her.

I think she has had so many years of disappointment now that she is just happy to make good music and make a decent living out of it. As she said herself - when it's record companies it's all about rearranging tracks to suit them and shifting 'units'. Wth her own label it's about making music she likes and selling a creative work, , not 'shifting x amount of units'

We are very small country. We don't have digital sales, Itunes etc... Brandy's last album ''Human'' is came before 2 or 3 months in the CD shops here. We are really behind the others country's.

I still can't found album on the blogs, sites, it's unbelievable.. :( I listen preview of the 30 sec on the Itunes now  but I wanna full album, can u upload on the rapidshare or mediafire full album I will be very grateful to you, if is not a problem? :(

Oh yeah, definitely, she seems very passionate about this project and happy with the results. She did for the last album too, but I guess that campaign didn't turn out exactly how she wanted it to.

I finally found link for album, thanks God.

Ooh good, hope you like it - and buy it when it comes out.

No.13 :o :cheer:

That's great, glad to see it climb. If it wasn't for the Beatles releases I'd say she had a shot at top 10 after Loose Women, but now she'll probably fall to the top 25 again.

Jesus christ!!!! #13 is brilliant! Why are you so sure it'll fall Aaronza?
What do we think of "A Love We'll Never Know" then, sounds alright on first listen ^_^

I dunno, I just think those Beatles remasters will all chart well, knocking everyone out of the water. Shame really, with Loose Women she had an outside shot of climbing into the top 10 imo.

Not heard either of the exclusives yet, need to figure out how to buy from them. I think the clip sounded rather 60s though? Apparently "Force Of Nature" is the one to check out, apparently it's upbeat and one of the best from this era.

I'll send it you on MSN if you want ^_^ not heard "Force Of Nature" though.

So I FINALLY got the album in the post today and have been playing it non stop. I had forgotten completely just how much i love this woman

There was just no buzz at all surrounding the album release whatsoever though... but I guess she doesn't have a major record label pushing her anymore (well...not that they used to do a good job at that lol)!

Anyway....the album is AMAZING! My favourites are Beautiful Night, Breakout, In Your Shoes (SUCH a catchy tune and i love the autotune), Square Peg (love the lyrics in this one) and Turned to Stone, but to be honest i don't dislike a single song :)

Really wish she came to Belfast for her tour though as me and a mate really wanna go see her (although I was lucky enough to see her in Glasgow years ago i suppose!)

It would appear Aaron/Eron/Beverley Knight in disguise/Queen Of Sheba was correct, 100% is #17 in todays midds.

SHOCK HORROR, gooddelta in Bev forum :o as a non-Bev fan who has bought the album (thank you Aaron) I thought I'd give an outsiders perspective on the album (i.e. no loon glossing over of average filler :heehee:)

8.0 Beautiful Night - it's finally growing on me..., the electro undertone is very good actually and the chorus worms its way into your head

9.0 Breakout - love this, very catchy, reminds me of something I can't think of right now

7.0 In Your Shoes - pretty good song, not seeing why it's a fan favourite though, the production is very 2002 and the vocoders don't suit her

5.0 100% - bland

5.0 Every Step - this is set to be a single? poor choice, very 1999 but not in a good way

9.5 Soul Survivor - excellent, best track on here, great duet, lyrics, catchy, the full package

9.0 Turned To Stone - brilliant, excellent melody in the chorus

5.0 Bare - average, went right over me

8.0 Square Peg - why do I have visions of my favourite childhood toy listening to this? the best of the slower songs for me

7.0 Gold Chain - pretty good, she has great lead and backing vocals on this

5.0 Money Back - didn't interest me at all

4.0 Painted Pony - zzzzzzzzzzzzzz

8.0 Too Much Heaven - nice cover, good finish to the album

overall, I was impressed with this seeing as I'd say I liked 8 of the 13 tracks, which for a casual listener is very high! a few yawnsome ballads bring down the quality a bit on what could well have been one of my most shockingly good albums of the year otherwise

Just giving the album a listen now, shall let you know what i think later :D
