I was just watching the 2 brilliant dvd's of Delta :dance: !!

 

And, listening to the channel V, Delta's voice seems alot stronger and hit more of the high notes than she does at visulaise.....do you agree or is it just me :wacko: ?

 

Or is it cause she only sang 5 songs or something there and over 20 at visulaise?? :blink:

 

What do you all think, I know Delta's voice is GREAT but like she sang all the powerful high notes at channel v, for exams in butterfly, but at visulaise she only, did a weak high note if you know what i'm saying?

 

Anyway what do you all think :) ?

Hmmm I don't know really ... she may have lost some of the power of her voice with her cancer treatment but I think she generally sounds quite good. She doesn't sound as good on Visualise probably because alot of the time she was dancing and moving about whereas the Channel V performance was done sat at the piano. so that maybe why ... I don't know really.

Yeah your prob right miss analyst, she was running around all the time at visulaise, im not saying she sounds bad, but like she just i dont know, like put more power into her singing before but yeah then again she was just sitting down, so its prob just the same!

Remember at visualise she had been touring for a good long time... so her voice will become strained with a set list of that length, and along with the dancing she will lose some power in her performance...

Her voice had to be re-trained after radiotherapy so it has changed slightly

I don't have it because stupid HMV keep saying they are waiting for it but it never turns up! its been months and months now.

I dunno, but i disagree about Delta hitting the high notes at Channel V. when she sings Born To Try, she completely misses the high nite. her face is PRICELESS when she does it. so funny. i recorded it for hilariousness. i much prefer how she redid that particular part of born to try on the visualise tour.

And at the other things there was just one show with about 6 or 7 songs, with not much dancing. And the cancer treatment was aimed at her neck, so she's lucky she can still sing.

I agree with you on the visualise part :P

She has never wowed me live, she never really seems to show off her voice at all...
