Newcastle & Middlesbrough are relegated. Hull & Sunderland survive.

Everton secure 5th spot & Fulham secure the last Europa Cup spot in 7th ahead of Tottenham Hotspur.

Wasted opportunity to get 7th with Fulham losing :(

Not fussed either way about who is relegated and so on, Newcastle will win the Championship by a record margin probably next season

Thank god Harry will have rid of a load of these sacks of $h!t in the summer, disgrace to the shirt

I watched the match on a stream (well th2 2nd half). Complete exibition stuff. Just goes to show the difference between Spurs and the Top 4 imo.

ahahaha at Newcastle. Ever since the sacked Sir Bobby they've been in the $h!tter. I feel sorry for Shearer as miracles were expected of him and their team is just not good enough. It's going to be a long time before they're ever back in the Premier League.

Yeah same and we were fukkin crap, the players won't care they will get into their Ferrari's tomorrow and bank their 50k wages, just hope Harry has a big clearout in the summer and gets in players with passion and desire

Disagree with the end bit though, can see Newcastle p***ing the league next season tbh

Personally I think it will be a long time before Newcastle get back to the Premier League. They key is to keep your best players (no chance Newcastle will be able to afford all their wages, and players will want out also). So maybe in about 5/6 years they might be back.

So glad Newcastle are gone, not as a sunderland fan but as a football fan, it might shut the fans up for a bit though. Middlesbrough really havent been good enough over the seasons so do deserve to go down tbh.

I can see them being taken over tbh, Ashley will be a dead man walking if he ever sets foot in Newcastle again so can see them being ripe for rich arabs taking them over, 2nd biggest fanbase in the country and so on so yeah even though they are stuck for a season in the championship can see some mega rich bloke from Dubai buying them or something

2nd biggest fanbase in the country my arse. Arsenal and Man Utd get bigger gates than them, and Liverpool and Chelsea would if they had bigger capacity grounds. No-one's gonna want to take on Newcastle next year. No-one wanted to take them on when they were in the Premier League let alone the Championship. Whoever takes on the club would have millions of pounds of debt as well. They've no chance of going up imo. Newcastle just need to have a 95% sort out of the whole club and just start from the bottom again. It's the only way they'll ever become a 'big' club again.

In a way it will be a shame to see Newcastle go, they are a footballing giant in terms of support even if I don't like the Shearer love in as hate the vile thug and I never understood the Sky wankfest over Newcastle but seeing a footballing giant who like to play entertaining football go and small fry thugs like Bolton, Stoke and Blackburn survive and the likes of Hull who have no place in the premiership I can't help but feel the premiership is a poorer place tonight
