My up-to-date rate:

11 'Once' (Well, DUH! :P)

10 'Remake Me & You' (This has potential! to be huge)

09 'The Boy Who Murdered Love' (As does this, but I slightly prefer RM&Y)

06 'My Hip' (Definately the worst of the tracks imo. It's irritating.)

11 'Put It Back Together Again' (Still my favourite)

Diana is kind of turning into a dissapointment! :( I was following her for the last year and a half. Jumping Into Rivers is by far her best track off the album yet.

I think this is the official cover, as it's on the official website.

it's so disappointing :( looks so fanmade :(!

It doesn't have the title on it?

nope. which makes it worse. :/

Like the font, and the purple/red paint splash bit, but the picture isn't new :( Hopefully it isn't official, as it doesn't include the title

Would've expected so much more considering the amazing cover that "Once" has

With the way I was reading it (after you mentioned RCA in your "Prat of the month" nomination :heehee:) I was expecting something appalling! LOL. But I actually love it. The only thing I would have different is included the title of the album underneath her name. but apart from that, it actually looks pretty great imo

I really like the cover! Far better than most official covers of late and looking fanmade isn't a negative thing at all imo!

I think it works without the title of the album too.

Fans unhappy with Vickers album cover

A number of Diana Vickers fans have urged her record label to radically change the cover of her upcoming debut album.

The first publicised sleeve for Songs From The Tainted Cherry Tree featured Vickers in an oversize bow dress with a purple splattered-paint banner and her name in Jamie Reid-style newspaper typeface.

After initial complaints, the cover was tweaked to alter the colour of the banner to cherry red, but fans on her official site have continued to complain about the lack of album name and use of the previously published photograph.

Raffles47 said: "The cover is simply awful - it desperately needs to be changed and quickly!!! Diana deserves better than this - it looks like the dog has had hold of it!"

Forum user Foxello suggested: "Seems that the best thing to do will be try and get the message to Diana herself. RCA won't listen to us, so we need to hope Diana will.

"I can't for one minute believe someone of her flair and passion would permit something as bland and as colourless as this to be the cover for HER album."

However, another web user SarahNugentxx countered: "I actually really like it."

:o

I much preferred the original cover, it's one of the best covers around at the minute.
Maybe the title will be written vertically on that part at the left of the CD case (I don't know the correct name for it), that does happen sometimes.

Yeah, i think that will be the case (excuse the pun).

:P

E.g. Pixie's Lott's album cover, 'Turn It Up' is on the side panel.

Also, i preferred the first colour.

I like the cover ^_^ I hope she's a success, I did like her in the first few live shows.
she was amazing until she fell ill and lost her spark.

oh, and something interesting I don't think I've mentioned -

one of the songs on diana's album (not been mentioned which one yet) will be a collaboration with gary lightbody from snow patrol :D I think it'll be 'chasing you' as the title's a little like 'chasing cars'.
