July 16, 200916 yr my thoughts on your opening five: 50 • Serbia & Montenegro 2005 • No Name - Zauvijek Moja Cheesy awfulness :puke: 49 • Israel 2002 • Sarit Hadad - Light A Candle very pleasant song, should have done better 48 • Greece 2006 • Anna Vissi - Everything overdramatic and overrated, I'm glad it 'only' came 9th after all the hype it had 47 • Israel 2000 • PingPong - Sameyakh I remember this one well, not a fan but it certainly stays in the head :heehee: 46 • Albania 2006 • Luiz Ejlli - Zjarr E Ftohtë awful

July 16, 200916 yr I hope Visionary dream appears, that song is just so epic, not even a  or a  can show how much I love that song! I love that song too. My favourite Eurovision song!
July 16, 200916 yr 45 • Russia 2007 • Serebro - Song #1 so so good, the best BJSC winner their never was :kink: 44 • Romania 2007 • Todomondo - Liubi, liubi, I love you terrible...are you serious :heehee: 43 • Malta 2005 • Chiara - Angel overrated, but nice nonetheless 42 • Norway 2006 • Christine Guldbrandsen - Alvedansen STUNNING, Norway struck gold yet again  41 • Serbia 2008 • Jelena Tomašević - Oro much preferred this to Molitva, very nice :D
July 16, 200916 yr Author Unfortunately, I'm pretty serious with this chart. Romania 2007 was the song I have recently re-watched on DVD and it clicked on me so much  The same with Sameyakh :kink:
July 16, 200916 yr Hi Pav, here's my review so far 50 • Serbia & Montenegro 2005 • No Name: Zauvijek Moja: Meh :heehee: 49 • Israel 2002 • Sarit Hadad - Light A Candle: nice :) 48 • Greece 2006 • Anna Vissi - Everything: really well-sung and well written, but Welcome To The Party from the NF was better 47 • Israel 2000 • PingPong - Sameyakh: f***ing loved it! :kink: 46 • Albania 2006 • Luiz Ejlli - Zjarr E Ftohtë, pleasant, not the greatest, but the side of things to come 45 • Russia 2007 • Serebro - Song #1: AMAZE  Why whas this not a UK chart hit? 44 • Romania 2007 • Todomondo - Liubi, liubi, I love you: silly fun, no more 43 • Malta 2005 • Chiara - Angel: Pleasant, her best of the three entries IMHO. 42 • Norway 2006 • Christine Guldbrandsen - Alvedansen: pleasant, but a bit MOR 41 • Serbia 2008 • Jelena Tomašević - Oro: Molitva was better, Beauty Queens should have entered :(
July 16, 200916 yr I did say "hit" :kink: In a parrallel world where all Girls Aloud songs are covers, they were number one with their version for 15 weeks...
July 16, 200916 yr on a fairly unrelated (yet related to your post) note, I got GA's singles box today and it said that their cover of I'll Stand By You was originally going to be a breakbeat cover, but was changed to a ballad to be faithful to the original :o I would have loved to have heard a drum and bass version of I'll Stand By You :heehee:
July 16, 200916 yr Seconded :kink: I've got the box set, and while it's 99.9% amaze, the rarities disc could have been so much more awesome (I want Wicked Game :snif:)
July 16, 200916 yr Seconded :kink: I've got the box set, and while it's 99.9% amaze, the rarities disc could have been so much more awesome (I want Wicked Game :snif:) I know, did they even record Wicked Game though? I notice they never *actually* recorded Flashdance... I've never been a huge fan of Jump though, I would have actually preferred them to have released Some Kind Of Miracle 4th, that remix on the rarities disc is really good too, could have been cut down to make a good radio edit...wasn't keen on the two alternate versions of Long Hot Summer, but maybe it's just because I'm not used to them :heehee:
July 16, 200916 yr Not sure about WG, but I think Popjustice said they heard it at one point... I agree, everyone was weeing themselves about the alternate LSRs in the GA forum, but it's not that special. Jump isn't bad, and I don't think they would have stuck around so long if it wasn't for that song, but SKOM is definitely the better track, and the remix is amaze  Un-OTing this :kink:, Xenomania should totally be responsible for our 2010 Eurovision song

July 16, 200916 yr Deffo. We have to treat it as someting that matters, and send a good artist with a good song with international chart potential. Is this too much to ask? :kink:
