The track was also featured on Britney's previous album, Blackout. The song was carried over to Circus because of an agreement for the song to be a single between Britney's camp and the producers (Bloodshy & Avant). Because of Britney's condition at the time, Jive decided to just pull the song onto the next album, and here we are now. The video for Radar was shot in the span of 2 days, May 28th and May 29th. The director of the video is Dave Meyers, as confirmed through Britney's official twitter on May 28th. Dave Meyers also directed the videos for Britney's early smash hit, Lucky (also Boys and the ill-fated Outrageous), and has also worked with Kelly Clarkson (Breakaway - US version), Pink (Stupid Girl, U + Ur Hand, Please Don't Leave Me), Fergie (Glamorous), T.I. (Whatever U Like), N.E.R.D (She Wants To Move), and many more. The video is expected to be ready for promotion by late June.
