The talk of them recording etc seems to have died off, has anyone heard anything,
Pippa, I think Gary has tweeted that new music will be out in around four weeks. No clear indication whether it's a re-booted album release or a new single.
I saw that! He also confirms they are considering US dates (for what, we don't know) and that Finding Neverland is coming to the UK in 2016

Jay, I really don't know where Gary gets the energy to juggle so many things at one time. It seems he's in NY next week for a performance at the theatre. It does indeed appear that US fans will get some kind of TT show, as well.

Keeping my fingers crossed that they extend performances out to other European countries - would be so lovely for fans like Milly to see them live.

Incredible isn't it! I agree, hopefully Milly will have an opportunity to see them a bit closer to home!

I'm desperate for some new music now! Wonder if it's just the 3 of them again?

This is wonderful news if true, 4 weeks is not very long to wait.

You'll have to wait and see if something new pops up, shan't you? ;)
I shall indeed bigwiglaf <_< I remain hopeful a power ballad is on the way.

Chin up, you still have the previous stuff to buoy your spirits until a new release... :) :)

I wouldn't completely rule the possibility of that happening out. That said, i am more of the belief a new Greatest Hits will not get released until the 25th anniversary. A re-package of Three is the most likely for the upcoming release.
I wonder if Gary will do CIN Rocks this year? Could tie in some promo for this new material...
It would be wonderful if he did but the "Tax Avoidance" issue may not fit in!
Unfortunately, I agree with you, Pippa. The public seems to have a long memory where TT and tax are concerned. I would be very surprised if Gary organized a CIN concert this year; which would be a great shame as I always look forward to them. The one held at the RAH was fantastic.
It would be fantastic, that said, i would be happy just having the opportunity to hear more new music from them. The Three era came and went so quickly and it has made me think we have not had new material in a very long time and the reality is, is it has been less than 12 months.

Yeah, I think with the scandal they wanted to do just the required amount of promo and not focus too much on it, hoping that the fan base would still buy the records regardless.

I think that's 50:50 true. Yes, they hit number 1 in the single and album charts, but album wise they didn't get anywhere near where i imagine they thought they'd get...and while in previous eras a second or third single was just a routine bonus, this time around they relied heavily on promoting the follow up singles but for whatever reason didn't push hard enough to promote them.

We've all commented previously on this era of lll being an odd one. Without a doubt a large section of their fan base deserted them this time around. I would have bet anything on them achieving a million plus album sales, despite Jay leaving and the tax issue. All their albums since 2006 achieved 2 million plus - it will be so interesting to see if they make a recovery sales wise.

Extensive promotion of the next album and a massive ballad as a first single is essential in my view.

If anyone is interested there's a video on you tube of Gary and Eliot's performance on Broadway the other night.

Oh great! Do you have a link?

Sorry, Jay. Rubbish IT skills. I found it by chance. It's about 10 minutes long but haven't been able to find it again on You Tube. It was something to do with Periscope - Finding Neverland.

How good were TT at the Apple Festival last night!!! Day off work today and full concert in on You Tube- fantastic, and it goes to show that they don't need a full production to put on a great show. My only criticism - yet again a lack of songs off the lll album.
