Yes they are still filming :( I believe they started in December... Although according to HBO's TB twitter page, we can expect a sneak peek VERY soon ;)

Season 3 will start airing in Feb 2011 on FX UK. No word on Season 2 on Channel 4 as of yet..

 

ETA: What's On TV asked Channel 4 and they will begin to air Season 2 at the beginning of September...
