August 24, 200915 yr Ok that was good, but one of the weakest episodes of this season. It still left EVERYTHING up in the air and I was expecting alot more questions to be answered. And 45 minutes, UGH.
August 24, 200915 yr Ok that was good, but one of the weakest episodes of this season. It still left EVERYTHING up in the air and I was expecting alot more questions to be answered. And 45 minutes, UGH. Really? I really enjoyed it. I was tired as anything and had a headache but it still made me sit on the edge of my seat and go :o I can see the remaining episodes being like Part I/II/III. Evan Rachel Wood next week
August 25, 200915 yr Not watched it yet as its downloading but everything I've read has pointed to people not being pleased with how short it was  I get so absorbed that the episodes always fly by for me so it doesn't really matter...
August 25, 200915 yr Happy Birthday Alexander Sakrsgard  Also, pictures for episode 11 have been released as well as the plot synopsis for the finale has been released but dont expect me to post as i want to be surprised :D
August 25, 200915 yr Megavideo is quite good quality-wise. I know there are some problems because there is a limit you can watch, but let it load fully and then turn your internet off when you're watching it so they can't time the amount of video you've watched You clever dog. Edited August 25, 200915 yr by Demon Days
August 26, 200915 yr The Finale is in two weeks after this episode o.O w...t...f...? WHY MUST YOU TORTURE US ALAN BALL/HBO?!
August 27, 200915 yr As proof that vampire stories are, indeed, the hottest commodity on the market right now, whether we’re talking feature films or television productions, the ratings for HBO’s “True Blood” continue to rise, Variety informs. Every Sunday night marks a new record for the vampire series, with the most recent episode showing a 20-percent rise in terms of audiences, to a record 5.33 million viewers. Lifetime also scored major ratings with the premiere of “Project Runaway” this week, but the appeal of vampires was much stronger with the American public, even if on different segments of the audience. “Over at HBO, ‘True Blood’ surged more than 20% week to week to set series records (2.8/8 in 18-49, 5.33 million viewers overall). In the demo, the vampire skein ranked third among all primetime programs for the week.” Variety says of the figures made public the other day. Adding DVR and HBO On Demand, ratings jump to 12 million viewers for the most recent episode. One of the reasons for the peak in interest in the series (although, for the sake of the argument, the first season was also very popular), is the number of love scenes included, as well as the aggressive promotional campaign played out in the media and on the Internet. With the season finale scheduled to air on September 13, as no new episode will air on the Labor Day weekend, estimates have it that a new ratings record will be set. Afterwards, the cast and producers will take a much deserved holiday to return to start shooting for season three, scheduled to premiere in the summer of 2010, before Christmas this year. Undoubtedly, HBO has a winner on its hands, Variety says, and the numbers speak for themselves. “The premiere telecast was the first HBO series episode to top 5 million viewers since the finale of ‘The Sopranos’ drew 11.9 million in June 2007. And excluding ‘Sopranos,’ it’s the largest premiere-night audience for an HBO series since 5.4 million tuned in for the fourth episode of ‘Deadwood’ (which aired behind ‘Sopranos’) in April 2004. ‘True Blood’ is opening up some distance on skedmates ‘Hung’ (1.7/5 in 18-49, 3.28m) and ‘Entourage’ (1.9/5 in 18-49, 3.18m), although they were both up as well.” the same publication explains. SWEET BEJESUS IN THE HEAVENS ABOVE! 5 Mill is brilliant! Wonder if it can make it to 6 Mill for the season finale :o
August 27, 200915 yr I wonder how it will perform in the UK when it finally airs on Channel 4 with all this hype beforehand? The episodes are always clogging up the iTunes top 10 TV thingie. On an annoying note I will have to find some way to get the finale as my dad normally downloads the episodes for me but now they've moved the date I will be at university. :heehee:
August 27, 200915 yr I think the date was always set but none of us realised that it was an American holiday that weekend..
August 27, 200915 yr Holiday smoliday. Making us wait. Its disgraceful lol. BTW I love your sig. It looked a lot like Kelly Clarkson at first :P
August 27, 200915 yr Holiday smoliday. Making us wait. Its disgraceful lol. BTW I love your sig. It looked a lot like Kelly Clarkson at first :P Lol i honestly couldnt see a resemblance :P Ive been loving Rachel Evan Wood recently  She looks HOT as a red head  Evan Rachel Wood has reportedly revealed that her character in True Blood likes members of both sexes. The 21-year-old was cast as vampire Queen Sophie-Anne on the HBO series in April, while she will appear in two closing episodes of the show's second season. The Wrestler actress told E!: "She's not necessarily a lesbian. Her human partner is a girl, but I'm pretty sure she goes both ways. I think vampires are like that in general." She added: "Well, I don't know if I am having sex with anyone yet, but I certainly have a steamy scene with someone that I don't think you'd really expect. So it will be a little fun." A representative for Wood recently announced that the star is "100% committed" to her next role as Mary Jane Watson in the Broadway version of Spider-Man. So we have a starting date for the new season :cheer:
August 31, 200915 yr This weeks episode was ok... In the same vain as last weeks. Continuing the Part I/II/III thing and not giving too much away, just opening more can of worms for the finale  I got some serious laughs out of it. And Evan Rachel Wood was  !!!!!!!! Major love. I loved her within the first 5 seconds of seeing her. Her character was incredibly written and well acted out. Also this week i realised how much i love MaryAnn ha! Michelle Forbes is the right person for the role. I cant see anyone else playing her. Next weeks looks crazy. Thats all i can say. Crazy. Also i believe by the trailer the episode is going to be an hour long? Hopefully makes up for last weeks 45min episode. One last thing, WHERE HAS EVERYONE GONE? I know Ben still likes it after hearing the latest podcast
August 31, 200915 yr I'm still loving it. Pain in the backside not having proper net access at home. Gone to work with Mum just so I could find a download :kink: My regular source hasn't uploaded this weeks yet though which is bloody annoying!
