Sam Trammell:

“You can expect a major character — I’m not going to give it away and say if someone dies or not — but there’s somebody that’s in major, big, big trouble. Also, I’ll say it’s going to be very surprising and it’s going to set up some cliffhangers for next year.”

:o Ill be taking bets now! Ive done quite well to stay away from spoilers/book synopsis ^_^

SO EXCITED

and hell to the nah that drink is OVERPRICED. though I am interested in trying it.

I'm buying a bottle just to keep. lmfao!

I'm so excited VMA's and True Blood! HOLLAH!

Are the VMA's being shown at the same time as TB? I hope not :( That would affect the viewerdship by LOADS. :(

I also want one just to keep the bottle lol just to say that i have one :P

What has been everyones favourite scene/episode this year? So many to chose from!

Also, anyone who wants an idea of what S3 could hold here is a link to an interview with Alan Ball himself

And

True Blood star Michelle Forbes has reportedly expressed her displeasure at the series being snubbed by the Emmy Awards.

The actress, who plays Maryann Forrester on the vampire drama, said that there is "no glory" in award shows.

She told E!: "Excuse me, but f**k awards! That's not where the glory is. The glory is in the audience.

"That's who we tell the stories for. It's not for, with all due respect, the critics and not for the awards shows, but for the audience."

The 44-year-old recently revealed that her portrayal of the mysterious Bon Temps resident is open for interpretation and explained that she does not view her as a villain.

The second season finale of True Blood airs Sunday, September 13 on HBO.

Go Michelle! I defo agree with her. I was quite shocked that TB was not nominated for an Emmy this year. If it isnt next year, then there are just no words to express how ridiculous that would be

Disappointed. The last 25 minutes just seemed like a pilot episode for Season 3, and it wasn't done in a very good way imo.

So let's look at storylines for next year:

-Sam finding his parents

-Sookie searching for Bill

-Jason and Andy covering up the murder of Eggs

-Jessica developing into more of a vampire

-Then also the vampire blood storyline is going to end up pretty big, as they're drawing that out quite a lot...

I actually quite enjoyed the season finale. Im glad they didnt end it in the same way they did in the book cos now THAT wouldve been disappointing..

The way they ended the whole MaryAnn thing left me absolutely intrigued. Im really gonna miss MaryAnn/Michelle Forbes :( She was amazing and easily one of my fave characters. The ending had me smiling at the beginning because im such a massive Bill/Sookie fan and then i saw the silver i was like WTF Noooooo Get away! Its not the huge cliffhanger i was expecting but it definitely left me :/ Not surprised at Eggs. Kinda glad he went i was getting annoyed with him. Bring back pissy Tara!

I really thought the season finale was poo. Worst episode of the season by far. It'd been hyped up and I was pretty excited, but it pretty poor imo.

It was paced really badly. I can see why they wanted to set up the next season storylines, but they did it in a poor way. The pace went from hare pace, to tortoise pace to be honest. They handled Eggs' death really badly. It was badly scripted, and to me it just seemed like they wanted rid of his character and weren't fussed how they did it. Evan Rachel Wood really disappointed me as well. She completely over-acted her character. Kinda hoping we see more of her as she's an interesting character (like her scene with Eric was good) but was just badly acted. But she threw up some interesting tibits about Sookie - so i'm guessing we'll find ALOT out about Sookie next season.

The cliffhanger was a bit poor as well. They made it out to be Eric who kidknapped Bill, but really? There's not a chance it's gonna be Eric. It'll either be Sophie-Ann (although can't really see it) or Bill's maker (well infact i'm positive it's her...).

I seriously hate the love stuff within the show. It seems so forced imo. I don't think the writers really know what they're doing with it.

I am about to watch it now as the VMA debacles sidetracked my True Blood focus.

Pam agrees with me about the finale. ;(

Though in srs bsnss it was just...I dunno. All this stuff felt tacked on at the end. The resolution of the Maryann situation could have been so much more epic / intense. Just felt like a filler episode and not a finale.

Hmm. I enjoyed it but it certainly wasn't the best ep of series.

The first 25 were fab then it dragged a bit.

Setting up S3 nicely though. Looking forward to finding out more about Sam's parents.

"I'm a waitress... what the f*** are you?"

LOL Brilliant.

Sookeh is epic. Although im missing Mary Ann already :( My fave line from the season is the one in my sig  Nobody. Needed. Towels!

I liked Maryanne ALOT, but she was starting to get repetitive. I think they got rid of her at a good time, but I wouldn't mind her coming back later... but I need a little break from all that black eyed crazyness. My favorite part of the season was all the church bull$h!t, it spiced things up alot for me.

I thought the season finale was alot better then some people made it out to be. I loved it, but f*** I want to see more of Jessica. And I want more of bitchy Tara back in the next season.

AMEN TO THAT MAH BRUVAH.

HOW THE f***. AM I SUPPOSED TO WAIT 10 MONTHS.

Tara will be back to her old-self next season. I bet you she'll be f***ing Jason as well at some point, then it'll come out that he killed Eggs (albeit accidently).
