Best TV show on TV for a long time, god knows how the vampire diaries are going to improve on True Blood

What does Vampire Diaries have to do with True Blood :???:

I wasnt too fond of this weeks episode... Yes there were some brilliant moments involving MaryAnn but i see this episode as a filler/the calm before the storm... The ending was very anti-climatic cos when it ended i was like huh? Thats the end lol? Im looking forward to next weeks episode and as i said, if this weeks the calm before the storm THEN NEXT WEEK ITS GONNA BE p***ing IT DOWN.

Was calm before the storm indeed.

Lafayette, Sookie, Bill, Jason etc. are going to wage war against Maryann. I LOLed so much when Sam turned up naked to Bellfleur's house. The look on his face was a right picture.

I for one can't wait for Marryann to get her arse kicked. She gets more irritating with every episode!

Oh and I actually cried at the latest episode :(

Is it wrong I want to see Eric kicks Bills ass more and more each week?!

First time the ending of the episode hasn't been a :o moment for me lol.

I'm glad there was no cliffhanger for once.

You could see Godric dying a mile off. I thought he would have died in the explosion, but I guess they went for the dramatic effect. Eric will no doubt becaome a bit of a different character now that his maker is dead. I guess they've well and truly set up Sookie and Eric for next season as well now.

I can so see Jessica dying before the end of the season. Happiness on TV shows does not last for very long.

Oo just saw promo for next week, ok it looks incredible. I have to wait 3 weeks to watch it :(

Apparently one Male character MAY get shot

This is not confirmed as it was a question sent to a US Spoiler blog, and the response listed a few different shows in which one

male character may get shot.

I hope this make sense :heehee:

Jessica won't die.

Eggs will though. I'm calling it now. I talked about it on the podcast, but he's a major enough character that it'd be sad to see him go but because he's not in the books it wouldn't affect the plot to see him go.

As long as Marryann gets smacked around abit and sent back to hell I'm not fussed.

Does she use the seven deadly sins to control people do you think? I'm seen instances of Greed, Gluttony, Wrath and Lust at work during her various 'parties'. Maybe I'm just overanalysing but something Rutina said in that interview was posted about 'I think everything Tara's done under one of Maryann's spells is something she's always secretly wanted to do.' and it got my brain ticking :kink:

I was wondering why that sounds so familiar

I think she just craves people being out of control, i dont think she sees it as a bad thing necessarily (now i understand what Michelle Forbes means about her not being a villain and it being up for interpretation)... She got so emotional when she was talking about that culture who i think praised her and she liked them for being so out of control and i think we see her as a "villain", one, because she is being portrayed that way and two, what she believes in and the norm for her isnt things we are used to, we are not used to having huge orgies in front of a bonfire or eating a human heart and beating the crap out of each other... Instead we like our calm lives but we see MaryAnn in such a bad light because she makes being out of control so over the top and we find that scary and not normal? I dunno, thats just my view on it...

Another little spoiler which my friend told me about the books so i dunno if they will follow it in the show but

Lafayette dies in the second book

Again whether this is used in the show i dunno but something to take into account.

This is referring to

a lead character getting shot by their sibling. Can't see it being True Blood anymore though.

That's a very ambiguous 'spoiler'.

It probably means that terrible show 'Brothers & Sisters'. :heehee:

Yeah, they wouldn't give away which show it was. There was about 10 different shows they said it could be, at the time it looked like it could be True Blood (as Jason was becoming a Soldier of the Sun) but now it doesn't look so likely.

So I still haven't started the second season because my friend I watched it with is a c**t and I never want to talk to her again. So does anyone know a site where I can watch it? Does youtube have ok quality?
