Anyone remember his #1 hit A Good Heart from 1985. He had 2 female drummers - one of them was blonde. Does anyone know their names and ever seen them since?

If they were just session drummers. If so anyone know any other act they played with?

 

This is the only time I have seen 2 female drummers.

I recognise and know (wikipedia confirms it) the blonde female drummer was Gina Schock of the seminal US all girl group The Go Gos who had just imploded earlier in the summer after 5 years of US chart success before they sporadically reformed since the 1990s (a bit like Madness).

 

She later went on to play either/or in session or on tour with Belinda Carlisle (no surprise there), a-ha; John Mellancamp; Terry Hall and ahem ... Miley Cyrus.

 

The other .... no idea, could be a member of the Belle Stars or Amazulu or someone like that....
