I think Generally people in NSC worry less about whether a song entry is right or wrong or cheap and just go with what they like. I think it's all the better for it too, it's more chilled I think and people enjoy the contest instead of worrying about how popular songs are outside the contest. I've seen many famous artists do extremley well in NSC and I've seen some do miserably too so I think it's a fair indication of what they really think about each song and a well known song isn't always a super power of a song.

 

But then again since this is a music forum where more people will be in love with hits I suppose it's fair to see this kind of difference.

plus this forum is heavily biased towards female singers/groups

 

I guess there are people from a lot of different countries on there compared to here, so what might be a big hit in the UK (where most BJSC'ers are from) might not be well known to most people on the NSC

can they get any darker than Uh Huh Her :o only Torchwood predicted top ten at all (6th place iirc) everyone else predicted between 11th and 21st, including myself...I was sure I had a mid-table result on my hands!
