Posted July 1, 200916 yr I know this may not mean much to most people but on 25/6/09, Sky Saxon, lead singer with 60s garage punk band The Seeds passed away. While not a major influence on mainstream rock, to anyone who is familiar with the Nuggets series of garage compilations this is sad news.
