Glad you're ready with your camera Meg.

The roads in Durham and Newcastle are dreadful as well. For part of her Christmas present I bought Paula tickets for Mama Mia the musical in Newcastle, and now it looks like they won't be able to get there. Apparently it was on their local radio that people were struggling yesterday and the theatre didn't seem that helpful. I hate wasting money like that! Sue

I think they should at least allow a replacement date. It doesn't seem at all fair.

I wonder if many people will make it to the ITV recording session if the weather continues to

be so bad (as is forecast for the next week or longer).

I'm sure you do. I remember the car and I'm pretty sure I've seen legs at some time. I have seen trousers, so it is likely.

LOL you two :D

I hope I manage to get tickets and I hope they tell me soon. I need to organise train tickets and hotel rooms for me and my parents if and when I do get the tickets.

I have legs even though they never see the light of day. No car but I do have an oyster card.

I now have train tickets....so that's an extra....just need a ticket to see the show....
hope everything goes smoothly, this weather is forcast to last, but I have seen trains running on the wycombe line to London we now have two foot long icicles hanging off our guttering, spectacular!!

The trouble is, they were booking tickets for a couple of weeks before we knew about them. Then, with Christmas holidays, they have not managed to catch up yet to the time we sent our bookings in. At least they will email tickets if they still have some when they get to our bookings. It's in strict order so all we can do is hope.

Nice people there though, they are doing their best.

Glad your tickets have arrived and hope you can get there safely. The trains from Manchester to London are still disrupted today. They never run smoothly normally, so this weather is just another excuse for them. Give Darius our love and tell him we're still 'keeping the faith'. Sue
One problem is that they are doing their 'first come, first served' policy. They'll overbook and then give the tickets to the people first in the queue. At least we know that's the way they do it. A ticket isn't a guarantee of a seat - you just stand no chance at all without one.
yup, I was deleting while you were answering - I have to say I am now taking it with a pinch of salt - the fact they are going to charge 3.99 per month from july on facebook. I am sure its just a ploy to get people joining the page LOL..it worked
