Meg, someone I know swears by the Alexander technique.

Quote;-

The Alexander Technique is a way to feel better, and move in a more relaxed and comfortable way...the way nature intended.

An Alexander Technique teacher helps you to identify and lose the bad habits you have built up over a lifetime of stress and learn to move more freely.

The Alexander Technique is for you if you are ready to feel more comfortable in your own body.

The Alexander Technique can also help you if:

You suffer from repetitive strain injury or carpal tunnel syndrome.

You have a backache or stiff neck and shoulders.

You become uncomfortable when sitting at your computer for long periods of time

You are a singer, musician, actor, dancer or athlete and feel you are not performing at your full potential.

I think so, BT, but my knowledge is very vague.

Can anyone help please.

I have a page of several e-mail alerts. I want to keep one but delete the rest. I've tried before to 'star' one, thus

highlighting it, then delete, but this deleted the whole page last time. How do I delete some but not all? Help !

I don't think that'll help. They are trying to put right the damage done to my neck. Posture when the nerves and blood flow is interrupted by damage causing my neck to be misformed. Unless the nerves are released and the blood flow increased, it'll only get worse. Originally they decided it was the damage to my brain causing the most problems. They noted my back and neck were damaged but decided the brain was more likely to be the cause and that was that.

Glad there is some slight improvement Meg.

We've had snow flurries all day, but now it's coming harder and it looks like it's sticking.

Hope you all manage to make it tomorrow. Sue

So would extended physio help, Meg? Hope it soon improves.
The Chinese doctor uses alternative methods. It impressed me how quickly he read my problems with not word from me while my doctors have just said I have to live with it. He uses acupuncture, manipulation and message.
Sounds good. Very often alternative methods have great results.

I hope so.

To anyone thinking of going to poptoopers, if you live locally to London you will never get a good seat and may not get in - even with a ticket. I must say, Nina and I felt like second class citizens. We were in the first 20 in the queue but they let priority people in first - regardless of how long they had been there. We were put in seats with bad views and the other locals were in even worse places.

Unless you travel, you are of no importance and do not deserve to see the show apart from filling up the few seats left by the priority people - always bad. So just think how much you want to watch the show - and if it's a lot, stay home and watch on TV.

I don't think I shall be posting much.............my computer is playing up...........keep getting 'not responding'

Hope this posts OK.

I hope so.

Does that always happen Meg when you go to something like this , or is it just with this show ? Sue

It's always happened with itv. Really annoying when it's something you really want to see. They say that people travelling should be prioritised and I can see their point but in effect, it means that locals are disregarded and that is very annoying. If we book seats for a show, we wouldn't be given others people's seats just because we'd travelled and they had not.
There's nothing we can do about it though. At least you would probably get good seats.
