Hope it's good today as I'm out for lunch......then glued to the TV and PHONE....just realised I've 2 lines........ :D
Enjoy lunch Pam. I'm burying myself under endless boxes of books at a school today.
They'll still find you, Nina. Could be painful as well if the boxes are heavy. Just hide in the ladies, it'd be easier.
Yesterday had a bright blue sky and warm sun BUT the wind was absolutely icy and we froze, Today there is no sky to see, only clouds and no wind so I ended up having to take my gloves and scarf off. You don't know how to dress at the moment.

I have just one phone but it will be red hot this evening!!!!

The problem is not the P.C. ......although that crawls along, with many long pauses when 'not responding' appears.

The problem is that I have so many things happening at the moment. I'll be glad when it all settles down.

Just adding, being able to sleep at night would be a bonus! I've joined the club, BT.
I won't be able to get on the computer easily tonight as it's in son's room and he and Lucy are in tonight. Frustrating! I like to see what others are thinking as the programme progresses. Better than just screaming at the tv by myself. Sue

Know that feeling well. Why did women have to be blessed with the multi-tasking?

I' ve always been a night owl. When I go to bed early ( ie before midnight) I just toss and turn.

I used to be in bed by 9 and sleep 'til 6. Not now, but it wouldn't fit in with the pattern of life at the moment.

I'm here! They've gone out. Sue

That's great, Sue. I have to be in with Mum as she'd be really unhappy if I were on the pc through this. Dave was in the living room doing as requested. I just felt a huge sigh of relief.
Sue, please give my congratulations to your son and girlfriend. A very exciting time for you all.

I feel really flat today. As if I was on a massive sugar rush last night.

Me too. How flat are we going to feel next week? Win or lose, we'll be back to wondering how he is.

I've just had a surprise visit from a friend on her way home after a week in the lakes.

I love surprise visits. I don't have to worry about the house being untidy because you can't see it for boxes.
