there is a lovely picture of Morag with Dairus on Twitterpic

oh dear..not only did virgin blocked our phone lastr week,, they turned off our account today..no braodband, no v+, no HD and most channels went! OH was told on ringing them to find out what had happened that it you owe over 250 in a month they suspend the acounts..

I heard him saying SAY THAT AGAIN..

evidently if your bill is over that they cant take it by direct debit..so he had to pay the balance it was over by..there and then over the phone to get the account back up! the chap proceeded to list the dates of the calls that were the problem, he did ay 43p a go? told OH someone must hav been dialing a gameshow and there was a very long list of calls..and listed the dates..we all know the dates..

I darent tell you the amount, but nuff said it only takes effect if your monthly bill is over 250

OH reckons I won PSTOPS for Darius single handed! I have been grovelling all afternoon

We are being very good not mentioning how much our bills are - especially David as he was a very good husband voting on his own line.

Can't imagine anyone else having such a large bill PIP :o My BT bill is normally between £50-£60 per quarter, including line rental, I'm expecting it to be a little higher when it comes this time  I can't imagine it will be anywhere near as much as yours though PIP, blummin' 'eck chuck :o

Spam's right though, D is thrilled to bits, so it's worth a little grovelling :)

well perhaps if I hadnt have voted so much..that 0.2% wouldnt have happened..LOL

As I said before, that's exactly right, yours, mine and everyone else's multiple votes, with it being so close, made the difference between him winning and losing  I would guess you voted more over all the weeks in Feb PIP and this is why you got such a huge bill. I multiply voted each week, but didn't avidly vote until the semi final, and even then it was only me until the final when my sis helped me out, and Mum and Dad voted with their mobiles bless them :)

You haven't mentioned your other half having a headache or anything, so I am presuming he hasn't hit the roof, so I think he's probably quite a good egg :) and when he's got a beautiful lady like you as his partner in life, why would he ever worry about a few quid(or loads) on a phone bill :)

LOL I see it, I will never vote again in a show, but imagine if Darius had not won..I would have been full of regrets if I hadnt done my upmost!!

oh well, OH came off the phone and said "you owe me BIG time" LOL luckily he is still smiling

:D very pleased he's still smiling.

.........so glad we all p(o)ut that extra effort in!

exactly..it was too close for comfort - what worried me was that twit who posted on D's facebook about there only being a need for voting once or twice!
If every act had people who would only vote once, that may work. But we knew that wasn't the case.
It m akes it even better when we realise that it probably made a difference.

Makes it all worthwhile. Sue

Dave got his phone call from BT on Friday - he just hadn't bothered to tell me. He says it was all worth it just to see my excitement. I think I'd better keep him - he can be rather lovely.

lol, they wanted a chat did they.

makes you realsie how lovely they are, mine is still smiling, finds it all quite funny - my devotion so to speak, but likewise he enjoys how happy it makes me, and knows how close it was...

Voting once is considered abnormal?

Some of you need to go away and have a quiet word with yourselves...

I love how you've registered just to tell us these things, thanks....will take it on board.

anyone who thinks any fans only vote once in polls, programs etc is not a fan of anyone...after ten years online I know what goes on.
