they were weird

In the first dream I went with Claire to a house. At the top, to the right of the front door was a letter box and she slapped card and cellotape over it to seal it up. We went inside and all her friends were in beds. She got into an empty one. Then the landlady of the house appeared and started shouting and ranting about all these people still in bed. I was in the middle trying to calm her and point out that they were students and needed their sleep

in the next dream I was in a department store. Laid out on long tables were boxes and boxes of Christmas cakes with inscriptions written on the boxes in silver. Somehow where people had too many cakes they could bring them into the shop to sell. I wasn't going to buy anything - never know where they have been but then I saw one which was inscribed to my friends son I decided to buy it but when I looked back, I couldn't see it.

I kept searching and searching but it wasnt there

in my last dream I was trying to send an email but my inbox was full so I had tto go througgh deleting messages. It took so long

What did you eat for supper, Nina? You must feel tired out after such an eventful night!
What's threatening to happen, you feel you can't have any effect on and is worrying you?
Has your daughter a room in Cats for this second year, or does she have to find digs?

My daughter's friend's cat had 3 kittens and they were looking for a home for 2 of them. I managed to talk her out of it. I really like kittens but i don't want to end up looking after them.

That random thought was all your fault, Bramley.

What's threatening to happen, you feel you can't have any effect on and is worrying you?

Just life happening. Do I have any effect on it? No.

Bramley - for supper yesterday I had a cheese sandwich and fruit. My daughter is sharing a flat with others in Cats but not the main building - a bit further out, where all the second years live.

Ah, cheese !!!!!!! There you are then!!

Sounds as if Claire and her friends will have more responsibilities .......and more fun!

Kittens are so cuddly and so appealing.........unfortunately cats are not so. Very aloof. Though I know of one that would wait for his master's car then leap onto his shoulder, purring like a sports car. I'm sure it thought it was a dog, so affectionate.

My cats have never been aloof. They have all needed attention and been very large parts of the family. The last pair would compet to see who had the knees and who could get held like a baby in your arms. The littler one absolutly adored my son. The moment he appeared she was there. She even preffered him to me - and I fed her.

Saw 2 fabulous terraced houses.

1 - 3 bed

1 - 2 bed

put an offer in for the 3 bed but they have had 5 couples round this evening :(

5 couples will never fit into a 3 bed house - don't worry. Unless of course, thney seperate into just couples.

Good luck with getting the house you want Pam

How does eating cheese at 5.30pm affect what I dream about at 3 or 4 am?

Hope you find something soon, Pam - I know we lost a few before we found this one, this turned out to be the right one - looking back the others werent right, so good job they fell threw.

we would love to move down Paignton way, we have always spent a lot of holidays down that area since we were in our teens - looked while we were on holiday, through from Charmouth to Dawlish, Brixham - would be nice to have the kids settled though, as I cant see them wanting to retire with us!! LOL well I do hope not!! have dreams of that rural idel of peace.

talking of dreams- some time ago I went through a repeating dream of going to a shop,supermarket..it was on a series of huge long esculators, quite scarey - I cant recall anything bad happening, just the desolate feeling of going down one escalator, then the other, and another in this huge warehouse thing deeper and deeper to get to this shop

yesterday, the new sainsburys opened in wycombe, so we went down to shop there, parked in their carpark.and then down and down these huge escalators to get to the actual shop- which is huge! it was a bit surreal, as I got the same horrid feeling I recall from the dream, cant say I wil be using their carkpark or entering the shop that way again!! and the announcements overlapping on each escalator " please stand still on the escaltor", and "then get ready to push your trolley off the escalator"..it was just too big!! like a conveyor belt of consumers endlessly entering buying and leaving. perhaps I am getting old, but I didnt like it at all.

It's amazing how, with familiarity, they shrink. It's like me when I'm going somewhere for the first time, it seems so far to go but after 10 or so times, it's no distance at all.

Nina.......us Northeners 'as ower suppers 10/11pm !

Pam, my daughter, who has moved house many times, always relies on her intuitive feeling when house-viewing. She says

a house can just feel right for them. Hope you find the ideal one for you.

Meg, it's amazing how memory can play tricks. I visited one of my old schools after many years, and couldn't believe how

small it had become.

Pip, was it one of the new Superstores? Sounds huge. How weird that it related to your dream. Very off-putting.

Edited by Bramley

Maybe pip can really see the future? If it's Darius related, pip, please let us in on it.

The first house I viewed was the one I put the offer in.

It just felt wonderful walking in.

I must have viewed 20 homes.

I took my youngest son on the first view and he said it was great.

I took both sons today visited over 10 homes and we re-visited my 2 favs.

My eldest son agreed with us both at my first choice.

We discussed it and decided to say we would pay the full price.......but the estate agents was shut :o

Was that an omen?

Could the owner not accept the full asking price and try to go for higher?

I'm going to ring first thing in the morning...................

Keeping fingers crossed for you Pam

I've been on the phone from 8am till now trying to reach the estate agent....can't believe they only work 9 till 5........

Anyway te offer is in and I now have to wait and see.

I wish the new buyers for our home would hurry and get the survey done....that would have helped matters....not that anything should be wrong anyway.

Well I have to dash to the hairdressers now :)
