We had a full survey done on this house. They noted the cracked basin but not the fact that water wouyldn't run out of the bath, which we thought was slightly more important.

Be careful, Pam. I once had a drastic clear-out and have often regretted throwing away some of the things.

I always regret throwing away anything. If you're going into a smaller house it is absolutely essential that you do. What is the biggest problem. The charity shops will be happy to take anything resaleable.

I will be careful.....I'm very sentimental.....which doesn't help when clearing out

Looking at the B & P tread has reminded me it's a year tomorrow since my daughter got married :o

 

....and I've still never seen the official wedding photos!

That seems quite common. Some friends of ours married 4 yrs ago and have one child and another on the way and their wedding photos still haven't surfaced.

Anytime. Maybe they'll wait until your sons marry as well and on the last silver wedding, produce the pics for you. Now, isn't that a nice thought?

7-8weeks she has just said....and she's going to send me a dvd of all the photos.....
