Just downloaded my phonebill and Bt owe me money again, have to ring them to get another refund. Don't use the phone too much,but they won't reduce my d/d to a lower amount to prevent it happening :angry:

I can never understand that, they just want your money to earn the interest on it :angry: I'm with cable, but I don't pay d/d although because I don't I have to pay an extra £4 a month(that's with my cable tv too) The one that's bugged me is my monthly gas d/d cos it's gone up loads :angry:

oh i was on a 3 year fixed deal for the last 3 years for gas/electric and so i missed all these increases over the last couple of years, but now i have caught up with current prices and i now pay double what i did just 6 months ago. its always colder up here on average so we tend to use more heating in winter :cry:

I can imagine it is ;) I kept thinking that maybe I should change suppliers but knowing me, I'd probably get it all wrong and end up paying more :( Reckon when it gets really cold, we'll be huddled round our PCs, trying to warm our hands on the monitor :lol:
