Oh noooo :( I had the same problem, Brian, got to isolate the program that's running which is causing the problem. The guy who did mine was lucky enough to suddenly come upon it, otherwise I don't know what I'd have done. I'm sorry, I can't help much cos I'm no PC expert, I'm afraid :(
