I used to put up loads of threads in the Retro, here and at CC before that is one of the reasons i joined initially, as don't really know a great deal about the current stuff(just what you see on tv really), but recently i seemed to run out of ideas for topics. need to get some more inspiration from somewhere :rolleyes:

Wish I was as brave as you, I always think they'll laugh at me because of Elvis :( I like some of the newer stuff but don't really listen to Radio 1 or whatever, I prefer the Retro stuff too :D I always read the threads in the Retro forum ;)

Your threads are always interesting ;) not always able to reply cos I don't know enough about the subject :( I keep hoping they'll have a Paul Weller forum on here, but for some reason, I don't think he's poular :rolleyes: yet at his gigs, there's loads of kids as well as the oldies :lol:

Have you not thought about starting a forum request, you never know. But if you ask me to be honest do i think you would get 65 yes votes in time, :no: which is a pity, theres just too many youngsters here that would go Paul who or I put Jam on my toast :rofl:

I won't do it cos if they did manage to get eniugh votes (which I doubt :( ) I wouldn't have the time to mod it. Never expected to be mod on here ;) If only the kids knew how big the Jam were :dance: Weller is the Modfather :cool: I had the same reaction back in '92 when I wanted to go and see him, but no one wanted to cos they didn't know who he was :o Fortunately the husband of my boss at the time was a big fan and I still go with him now :D
