Do you mean like the pics I post in the Fave Elvis pics thread? You have to open an account in photobucket first (it's free).When you've done that, you then save the pic you want to 'My Pictures'. You just go to 'browse' on Photobucket and 'submit' and the pic is uploaded to photobucket. From there, you just copy and paste onto here. Promise, it's easy cos I can do it and I'm no PC whizz B)

Got an account with photobucket and i use it for my sig, but can't seem to fathom it ,managed it by luck i guess. Can you not copy and paste direct from the internet?

Using the more optiosn in a post, click the 'Insert image' button.

Ctrl-V and hit enter

 

You'll get a code like this
