Did you see 'The Vicar of Dibley' with Alice talking about the ads for 'I can't believe it's not Butter'? That had me laughing so much I ached.

 

My son got me Vicar of Dibley DVDs for Christmas.....can't wait to get them back out of storage to watch :)

Maltesers - the ads have put me off them. so I buy minstrells instead.

Orangina - the first adverts with them all shaking the little pear shaped bottles.

quarn again - adverts that make you not want to try it. floating balloons or something.

 

I meant quorn, not that it makes any diffeence.

Cruelty to tigers. It's a winder all the animal well fare people weren't after them.

walls - One ad had people running through walls - I've no idea what it was advertising. Ant and Dec copied it for there show start up

X - the Halifax/HBOS ads giving you Xtra

 

The ones with Howard stick in my mind. Were they also the company who had the ads where people formed a house etc.

yoghurts - lots of different ones all of which are the absolute best.
