Anyone remember Carly Patterson? She won the Olympic gold in 2004 for all-around gymnastics...such a fantastic athlete! I was pretty bummed when I heard she retired a couple years after that, but I read about her the other day in a mag and I guess she's coming back with an album next month! Yup, I checked out her myspace (http://www.myspace.com/carlypattersonmusic) and I guess she's pursuing a music career now.....

 

Surprisingly her single "Time To Wake Up" is pretty catchy...kinda Miley Cyrus-esque :heart:

I haven't heard her stuff but yeah... I remember during the Olympic coverage of 2008 talk about her quitting gymnastics for a singing career! Hope Nastia doesn't quit :mellow:
