The physical has been deleted (according to HMV) so I think it will never happen now in the UK. Or just a digital release. :(

I thought it was a new entry at #18 on the physicals chart, according to the Almost Saturday thread

EDIT: Sorry, just double checked the thread and seen it was a mistake

I'm so over this era (and long over this song)...she should have saved the new tracks for a new album...

I hope Radio 1 support her when she returns with the first single from her next album

we'll see if they support September whenever she returns, but yeah, really done with this era too. And what a mess it's been

In the UK at least. In Sweden she's managed 4 top ten hits out of a top 5 album which is impressive for any artist there, seeing as artists there can follow up a #1 with a song that doesn't even reach their iTunes top 300

This should have been the second single, three months after Release Me. Who the hell chose to release I Need You Now, and 6 months later at that? Most pop artists wouldn't survive that gap, let alone dance artists!

Yeah it was a ridiculous choice, I pretty called it back then that she would flop with that single and never be heard again, which so far is true since On & On wasn't even given a chance. Shame
AATW are pretty good at cottoning onto hit singles from Europe, I'll give them that (Release Me, Hot etc...) but when it comes to further managing said artist's careers, they're just abysmal. I bet they release something identical to Hot from Inna's album next rather than Amazing because it 'wouldn't be as suited to the UK blah blah blah'. I remember them calling On & On 'too Europop for the UK', only now they're backtracking to release it after turning Agnes into an MOR ballad machine didn't seem to work as well as they'd hoped

I wouldn't say their that great either at launching an artists career, they did terribly with Private - My Secret Lover, was postponed a million times even after it was record of the week for several R1 dj's. They are a bit hit and miss really. "Amazing" as the followup to "Hot" would be a first in Europe, since it's either been "Love" or "Deja Vu" as the 2nd or 3rd singles.

True, but at least they pick them up. Ok, myabe Inna would have been picked up by Ministry of Sound or something because she's big all over Europe, not just one territory, but if it hadn't been for AATW I really don't think Agnes would have been launched here at all. But they do muck up a hell of a lot, what the hell's going on with Cascada's Pyromania?

Also, what happened to Hard2Beat? :o they showed so much promise in 2008!

Have no clue what's going on with Hard2Beat, their next hit will probably be the new Sash & Jessy tune, if they don't mess that .

I think they might be waiting for R1 to give a green light with Pyromania, although it's probably not going well. But then R1 are clueless these days at spotting hits, they've A-listed more flops the past 2 years than ever before

Hard2Beat is now called Dance Nation, though confusingly their YouTube channel is still Hard2BeatRecords, their new website is www.mydancenation.com though.

AATW? I'm still mad at them for messing up Alcazar :arrr: But Radio 1 is a mess, it supports indie too much (which doesn't sell anymore) and grime too (which they have 1 Xtra for...)

Well it's now out 3rd May, I think it's the last chance for this. We'll see if Radio 1 will playlist this or not, but I think they wont since they've got their heads far too up inside "indie"'s ass to notice anything else these days

3rd May? :|

Well, stranger things are happening in the UK release schedule what with the reissuing of 'Don't Trust Me' by 3Oh!3 and 'Candy' by Paolo Nutini so who knows maybe Agnes will benefit and score herself a second top 20 hit in the UK charts.

I can't see this troubling the top 40, INYN did incredibly well to make it actually but I think Agnes's finished in the UK.
A whole year after Release Me...unbelievable.

I agree, I still think INYN was an amazing single choice. It didn't peak high but it didn't exactly flop. If it was released in say, September it would've been top 10. On & On should go top 20.
