Well Tiger Woods missed the cut.

Being English I'm routing for either Ross Fisher of Lee Westwood to win. But it is great to see Tom Watson & Mark Calcavecchia do as well as Greg Norman did last year after two rounds.

I'm rather taken with John Daly's outfits though as well ... so in all I'm supporting three Yanks! Watson just did a divine long put on the 16th. He's played this whole sublimely now for three days!

Tom Watson still could win this......

Doesn't look like Tom's gonna get his 6th Open :(

You got that right, he was well and truly shot in the 4 hole play off, bit sad to watch in a way as he was quite embarrassing but amazing 4 days for such an old man

Fair play to Cink seems a decent guy from the interviews

He should have chipped his third shot at the 18th on the main round instead of putting from off the green. He'd have have had a better chance of putting for par - and won outright! Still ... not bad for a 59 year old bloke who's had a hip-replacement! Next year is the last year he can compete - hope he comes back!

Sad for Lee Westwood - another nice bloke ... but as you say ... Cink is a decent fella ... and I don't think he's won anything major for quite a while.

Yeah shame for Westwood, he did for me one of the shots of the championship from the rough on the 18th, how he found the green god only knows, shame he messed up the putting though

I think Westwood is another Monty, awesome in the non major's but can't quite pull it off in a major

I was rooting for Watson but Cink seems one of the more likeable yanks that have graced our opens in recent years B)
